We got the grilled chicken Cobb salad. It was good, but sure wish they would dice the ingredients into smaller pieces and mix them up. There was a time when they did dice them smaller, and it was so much better. Just a suggestion.

I came today to enjoy some zaxby’s the lady at the window was very nonchalant with the greeting. And when I asked for a second to look at the menu, another employee decided to “bruh” me. It’s not difficult to at least turn off the headset for her to say it and I don’t have to hear the disrespect.

Attempted to use veterans discount on veterans day and was advised I could not use it due to it " timing out " I guess my service to qualify for the discount has timed out as well. This is the second year in a row they have made the veterans discount difficult to use. If you are going to offer a discount make it available to all veterans. Otherwise the discount is fake.

I don't eat out much but this evening we came to this location where I usually have good service, not so much today. The person taking out order seemed to be annoyed and was rushing us to place our order. Once we got the order we were missing an item. Apparently during rushing to take the order she missed this particular item. I went inside where I was told twice that I didn't order the item. Instead of telling me what I did or didn't do they should have just made it right instead of trying to go back and forth about it. Sucks to receive service like this and I don't appreciate itThe rest of the staff were really nice and on top of things.

Ordered through drive through. Recieved the wrong order. Called and took it back, when I got my correct order it was rushed. Sandwich was put together messy, cheese wasn't melted, etc. Employees acted unprofessional and like it was an incovience. Won't be back. Should have just got my money back and went elsewhere.

We weren't greeted we were standing at the counter waiting for service employees just walking by saying nothing. My daughter had already placed the order online and still had to wait. The bathroom light was out only one working was dark inside the bathroom. We won't return there.

Worst food ever.My wife and I ordered a signature club meal for each of us. The chicken was cold and hard as a rock. The cheese was not melted. Maybe half a piece of bacon on each sandwich. The few fries were cold. All this for around twenty dollars.Never again will I eat there. You have been warned.
