Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Three times now I've gone and nearly gotten the wrong sized meal because the staff doesn't care about doing their jobs. Read the orders back, check if youve taken the order correctly, and give a friendly atmosphere instead of slinging food like a revolving door.

They can’t take an order, follow directions, or give you all your food. Worst crew and customer service. You have to yell to get what you want, and I did! ALL MY MONEY BACK!!!

The signature chicken sandwich is really good. I got it with regular zax sauce. I also got the fried pickles, which are very good with the ranch. The sweet tea was on point tonight, too. All the staff was nice as well. Thanks!

This location always gets my food order right and the drive thru attendants are usually very patient and pleasant. The entrance/exit can be a little dicey at times if traffic in that area is crazy but other than that no complaints about this location

Left the drive thru at Slim Chickens (they never took my order) … came here. Super fast service, very pleasant, and always enjoy the food! Keep showing them how it is done!!

On March 25 and ordered 20 piece BONELESS wings. Drove home to Greensboro and they were bone in. Drove back to High Point and returned the wings asked for 20 piece Boneless wings. The lady told me I would have to pay $8 more for them. At first I said okay but I told her I drove from Greensboro to get the correct order. So after waiting 10 minutes I was brought my order. This time I checked it and it was 20 piece bone-in wings. UNBELIEVABLE!! I asked for boneless. So after some heated words from their staff I was brought out 20 boneless wings but I later realized they were not cooked. They were closed so I had no recourse.

Had the Zensations Zalad with grilled chicken, love it, crisp lettuce, healthy fast food!

I just got home from there with a wings and things and the fries are AWFUL. It cost too much money not to get at least warm fries and chicken??
