I just got home from there with a wings and things and the fries are AWFUL. It cost too much money not to get at least warm fries and chicken??

On 7.17.2024, I purchased a Cobb Salad from this establishment to get home to find a fly inside the container flying (Definitely Unacceptable)...I know things happen, but Amber (The Manager On Duty) offered to replace it, but at that point (after driving back to the restaurant), I was very disappointed!

1st time returning since Covid-19. I had the 5 Traditional Spicy wings & sweet tea. Food was good. I was shocked👍🏾. After Covid majority of the foods tastes different and nasty.🥴😉

Rude, nasty “ manager” . Proceeds argue with me to tell me I have to come inside to pick up my online order, even though I placed an order through drive through!! What sense does that make?!
Inconvenience the paying customer!

Then gave me a burnt, dried out sandwich, didn’t give me the sauce for my food that I ordered online for free. One sauce for 5 tenders?! Go get pointers from chick fila!

After running errands I stopped by to grab dinner so I wouldn't have to cook. The line for the drive-thru was out of the parking lot. Very busy but over all it wasn't to long and everything was good.

Great food, but employees need to work on their people skills. The manager tried to get me to step away from the counter when I wanted the drink from the online order I just placed. Another employee was filling a large container with water from the soda fountain when she was almost done I asked, out of genuine concern, "Is no sink in the back to fill that?" She rudely replied with "I'm filling it here for a reason and you can wait like everyone else."
