Closed at 6 pm when it says 9 pm… idc what time you’re open but make the website accurate bc come on I drove like 15 minutes.

The mere truth, the lady and the other woman who seems like a man attend very badly, they are like angry, nothing to do with the other people who have worked in that place. I don't recommend it ?

Numerous times I have gone to eat there this past week and they were closed. So when you do open, do you serve week old meats for the sandwiches? Maybe the health department could better answer that.

It's ALWAYS closed! Why don't you rent this space to an actual restaurant that wants to serve people and make money? Just rent it or sell it...there is no point of going to this Subway.

Sunday at 5:55pm. Google shows they are open until 8. The hours for Sunday posted on their door are scratched out so it’s ambiguous as to when they open and when they close.
Saturday August 11 2023 Never have I ever been so rudey spooken to in the Subway in Highlands. Went in ordered a footlong as the girl behind the counter with long dark hair started to make the sandwich she put Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce on it. I ask her to take off and she prceeded to tell me to look at the board its right there in a nasty tone of voice. She proceeded to continue to have an attitude with me and I was not going to let her speak to me that way. She then took the sandwich and thru it the trash and refused to make anothor sandwich and and told me to get out the the store.Being in the Service Industry for over 30 years I have never had a employee treat a customer so rudely as this girl did today.Ive been going there since it opened and have never had any problems with the other girls. Its a shame you have such a person like this on your Subway team because she needs to learn about respect and customer service. She needs to be terminated for her terrible behavior!!!
Every time I try to go here they always have a sign in the door that says "Cash only"Whoever owns this establishment needs to get their act together. Not everyone carries cash. If you can't offer card services or tap-to-pay as a franchise then that's a problem.

This places hours are absolutely never the same. It’s always disappointment when pulling up to the building. When you can actually get in the place is pretty good. I can’t tell you how many times I have pulled up and they are closed. If they can have more permanent hours I’ll change my review.
Absolutely horrible experience.. I go in with my daughter to place an order. Yes we had a mask on because my daughter has low WBC’s and is high risk. I told the lady 4 times what I wanted and she kept acting like she couldn’t hear me. Finally I opened my app and sat my phone in front of her while I was trying to say here is what I’m wanting. She stepped back and told me to get out that she wasn’t serving me. I said are you serious I’m just trying to show you what I wanted. And of course now she can hear me when she acted like she couldn’t before. She said I’m not serving you I said again I’m just showing you what I wanted since you couldn’t hear me the 4 times I told you. She said if you don’t go I’m calling the cops. By this time I was getting really upset at how we were being treated when I did nothing wrong. I finally just looked at her called her what she is and left. My daughter was humiliated and I have never in my life had that kind of experience. If she would turn the music down some she might have heard me. The younger lady there never said a word just kept her head down. That woman doesn’t need to work there and I work here in highlands and was looking for somewhere fast but I will make sure to spread the word here at the office and several other offices here of my experience. I feel like it was because We was wearing a mask. Be kinder some people have to wear them for a reason. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!! I know there are cameras and I feel they need to be pulled up!!!!!!!
Got a sub sandwich and it had paper in the ingredients called the manager several times and she wouldn't respond finally called the health department and she finally pick up the phone and she told me to bring it to subway and when I got their she told the worker to tell me she was not their she would not refund my money or try to resolve this problem . I will never get from this subway ever again and I would not give them a good review to anyone.
