I will never eat at this Subway again. My meal with a 6 inch sub, chips and a drink came to $10 and some change. When I paid with my card it automatically came up to 13.78. I asked the woman why the price difference? She came around the counter, over to the cc pad and loudly says “here you go, the price without the tip!”Incredibly rude and crappy assuming she get an automatic tip on service that should just be part of the job. If I wanted to pay $15 for a sandwich with tip I’d sit down at a decent restaurant.

The younger Hispanic girl working around 2 o'clock today was very rude, her attitude was nasty, and it makes us not want to go back. The older hispanic lady was very nice but the younger one, well I think Subway would benefit from hiring some new friendly employees, or atleast replacing that one today.🤬

Numerous times I have gone to eat there this past week and they were closed. So when you do open, do you serve week old meats for the sandwiches? Maybe the health department could better answer that.

Never have I ever been so rudey spooken to in the Subway in Highlands.
Went in ordered a footlong as the girl behind the counter with long dark hair started to make the sandwich she put Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce on it. I ask her to take off and she prceeded to tell me to look at the board its right there in a nasty tone of voice. She proceeded to continue to have an attitude with me and I was not going to let her speak to me that way. She then took the sandwich and thru it the trash and refused to make anothor sandwich and and told me to get out the the store.Being in the Service Industry for over 30 years I have never had a employee treat a customer so rudely as this girl did today.Ive been going there since it opened and have never had any problems with the other girls. Its a shame you have such a person like this on your Subway team because she needs to learn about respect and customer service. She needs to be terminated for her terrible behavior!!!
