This location is sketchy.... Everyone seemed mad at the world except for the younger kid that rang up our order, he was nice and I wish I got his name. Food was good. I noticed a sign that I have a picture of saying That Senior discount wasn't available anymore - per management... What?!?! Come on Hardee's, the whole dining area that was there were seniors... I'm not sure that's even legal, is this a corporate decision or the locations manager? I'll find me out... We won't be back

I never do ratings/reviews, but for the past 10 years this joint has just been on a steady decline. Closing 1-2 hours early, no staff in the entire building, sitting at the drive thru with no service and then pull up to the window and it’s empty, all on so many occasions. Do not come here if you’re on a time crunch, because the average wait is 20 minutes and you’ll most likely get something on the order wrong/missing. It’s never failed and once a quarter I’ll attempt to grab Hardee’s since it’s super close to the house, but am constantly let down. The ONLY thing keeping this location alive is the senior citizens every morning for breakfast. Food is alright, sometimes not as hot as it should be. I assume since they may let it sit before giving you the order. Service is terrible, but typically apologetic when they realize how bad it is. Environment aside from breakfast is a ghost town.
Can yall PLEASE trade Hardee’s off and invest in a different restaurant!

I have tried a couple more times and just gets worse You pull up and most of the employees are outside goofing off! Order chicken strips and they start cooking the strips after 25 minutes! No one else is ordering in the restaurant or the drive-thruth Cooks claims it is a process STILL No fried eggs why cheap cheap going under it is a shame a tiny bit of management would solve this
Why do I TRY Tried again through Uber Eats delivery Driver had to wait 15 minutes for the order Sent food with driver without tape to prevent tampering my milkshake was not covered It road in the car open and no protection from accidental or intentional contamination
Terrible service even for Hardees, I understand and feel for the owners but I am done trying to get a sandwich without a screw-up Good! If you ever sell make sure to put a big banner up

Took littery a hour and 20 min to get 2 cheese burgers and the cook was new and they didn't have anyone training him. It is very bad d management from above
Stopped at drivethru prob 710 to 720 placed order sat at window for over 10 minutes no customers no acknowledgement...ppl walking in from parking lot an walked in back of kitchen...not workers....and guy working drivethru has friends come in talk laugh while still no acknowledgement....do better hardees watch them cameras!
