First time I've ever had second hand embarrassment at a chain restaurant, you are literally a chicken restaurant, NO way should my chicken literally be petrified! It was obviously old, dry, and the chicken was shriveled to the bone! Mashed potatoes and biscuits were good, but after my so called dinner, I was still hungry. Update:1/6/26 So happy with the taste and quality of the food we purchased tonight, and the prices, 💯 different experience tonight 😀 Everything was great!

Why is it everything i go to get chicken livers you are out of them or refuse to cook them you are open until 10 pm and I show up at 9:45 and you refuse to make them for some redundant reasoning. The food is great when im able to actually get what I want. But it is getting ridiculous. You need to do better.

Wouldn't take my order. Clerk said the kitchen was swamped and would be 10 to 15 minutes before I can order. Yet, mind you, the drive up window was shoving orders out the window left and right. This place needs new management. Went some place to get something to eat.

I went inside at 1:00 and didn't leave till 1:40 waiting on my food the whole time. Only one guy packing orders up front that was unacceptable at that time of day. Got one star because order was correct.

When someone comes through drive through and ask for 8pc bucket of chicken, ask them if they want the normal white and dark meat. Don’t assume they want all dark meat. Came home with chicken to found out it was all dark meat.😡 No star

My order should’ve had biscuits with it! When i called to inquire why I have no biscuits I was put on external hold.. the phone has been busy ever since that been over a hour and half! no accountability!! No customer service! It’s sad this used to be one of the best now it’s one of worse!! No way to contact corporate KFC. This will be my last time there!
