As I was ordering an obnoxious customer came in and started placing his order on a kiosk which was fine until started shouting questions as I was ordering. He was disruptive to the entire restaurant, but nothing was said to him. I don't know if it was his behavior or what but my order lacked its mac n cheese and the 10 apple poppers. Very frustrating since we live 25 miles away. I'll go through all the bags to double check them next time.

It looks nice since remodeled, but since remodeled I've had nothing but half done food. I bought some livers a couple weeks ago and the lady told me 5 minutes and I knew it took about 8 from previous experiences. It tasted like it wasn't done all the way, but I thought maybe because they were still hot when I was eating them. Kept eating them and wound up in the bed for 3 days from food poison.Today I tried again and the chicken was so half done the skin was falling off. It tasted a little half done as well as It still had a slight blood taste to it. I stopped eating right away. Also I ordered sweet tea, guy reappeared it back to me while he was making it and drove off and found that my tea was unsweet and my fries tasted like they were from the day before. I do not recommend this place. It used to be good. I don't know what happened. This is the kfc in hilderan. Don't go there.

This KFC on 70 going toward hickory should be shut down our food was so nasty and there was roaches crawling where you get your drink at they just threw our food into the box lids came off and gravy spilled all over we certainly want be goin back thereKid-friendliness: Employees very rude and food tased like the oil they fry it in was smelling rotten we certainly will not ever eat there again

This store is usually great but I don't have a clue what's going on here tonight. This crew CANNOT get anything right tonight. Every order I have picked up for a customer today has been missing something. Multiple people have came in complaining about missing items. Now, I'm being told it's gonna be 20 minutes wait time for 8 pieces of chicken and 8 tenders. Avoid this location like the plague tonight

Sitting in the lobby and all I hear is the manager cursing the staff very loud !!! Waited 40 minutes for food and still waiting and listening to the madness of the manager being so rude to every one and
