Terrible service experience. I placed an order online and when I arrived it wasn’t correct. The manager, with attitude and impatience, told me I had to call a number on the order to get a refund on any items.

I asked him to review the order with me, and he said ‘you can look on your phone. It’s right.’ I said it’s not right bc the ordering system isn’t clear. He said ‘it’s very clear.’ I walked out. Called the number on the email order and it sends me to the restaurant. I called. The same guy answers. I said want a refund. He hung up on me.
Such a terrible experience. Was just trying to bring lunch to my team.

I hadn't eaten here in a long time, I thought the food was good, but a little expensive.

The atmosphere doesn't do the food justice, though very clean looking.
Greek rice amazing. Had the Chicken Gyro Platter, good Suze portion, and Tzatziki sauce was out of sight.
Best kept secret in Hillsborough on personal opinion.

Super disappointment. I accompanied a friend who likes this place. Now have lived in the New York City metro area and attended college and lived in Washington DC where there are amazing Greek and Mediterranean restaurants so I knew what I was ordering. I have also expertly created spanakopita and baklava myself. So, I ordered the spanakopita and baklava for dessert. The spanakopita had a weird stale taste. I ordered 2 of them, opened one up to look inside, there was a raw dough like substance, I did not see any feta cheese. The other had a small blob of what appeared to be cheese in it. The phyllo dough was not firm on the outside. If I was not so hungry I would have thrown it in the trash. The baklava was awful! Awful, awful, awful! The phyllo dough was not crisp it was soft and the inside was not tasty at all. I was expecting a honey-like inside with walnuts or pistachio. I requested that they warm it, thinking that it would in an oven that may take the chill off of the inside and crisp up the outside and the guy put it in the microwave. I did not eat it and left it on the table. YUK! This place is now on my "Do Not Eat List"!

A coworker told me how good the food was and I was like I’ll give it a try because I always ride past this place yet I never think about eating there. Now, I see why! The food is delicious, but the customer service is HORRIBLE!! The men are so unfriendly and it makes the atmosphere so uncomfortable! I will definitely not return and I’m pretty sure that they could care less.

However, I had to share my experience and agree with another review that spoke on this as well! I definitely understand how you feel.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Great meatball sub, steak, and cheese along with cold subs. And the chicken kabobs are delicious as well as the gyros! All for an affordable price. Good lunch spot or take out for dinner.

The food was good and there was seating available when we arrived. You place your order at the register and they bring your food out when it's ready. The man running the register was funny.

Just visited this place today for lunch with my fiancé. Food was pretty good but the service beyond horrible. The guys up front taking the orders very rude and unprofessional. Refused to give sandwich bags. Just a nasty attitude from jump. I will not be returning here. Much rather have the one in Roxboro, NC where the service is never bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone honestly.

Service is always fast and friendly, parking is easy, and they’ve got the best Philly Cheese Steak!!!Being from the Northeast I was used to incredible delis, which basically don’t exist in NC (NC is known for vinegar BBQ, not authentic NE Delis).I’ve been visiting NC for decades and have lived here for over a decade now. This is the first deli I’ve found with great sandwiches!

We love this mediterranean restaurant. We order takeout here about once a week and are never disappointed. We usually get the gyros - platter or pita or the kabobs and I love their falafel and grape leaves. They also have great chicken soup! I don't order too many things from the "American" part of the menu but I do love the fries - not sure what seasoning they use but it is delicious - so I imagine that it is all pretty good fair. We've been ordering there long enough (4+ years) so we have gotten to know the owners and they are always very friendly with us. The best part of getting takeaway with them is that they NEVER miss anything in our orders (and sometimes throw in a few extras - pitas or tzatziki sauce). I can't say how many times we've gotten takeaway but it has to be in the 100s at this point.
