I would not recommend ordering online from Willy’s, as my experiences have been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, my online orders were either incomplete or not fulfilled, even after calling ahead for pickup.

Today, I had to return to the store to pick up missing items from my DoorDash order, and the manager’s attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

Came in for the first time today for lunch with my mom . We where greeted as soon as we walked through the door and told to sit anyway we liked. Everything in the menu is fresh, not processed garbage like so many other places. We ordered an eggplant Parmesan sandwich, and a mushroom provolone burger with onion rings. Everything about each item was absolutely perfect. The eggplant sub was on a delicious crusty on the outside, soft and dense on the inside. Onion rings were fresh and thickly cut with a really nice crispy coating. The burger was a fresh 6 ounce burger that was seasoned well with thick provolone and fresh sauteed mushrooms. We will definitely be back when we visit Hillsborough in the future. Thank you Stephanie for taking such good care of us.

Saw that it was under new ownership, and since we stopped going there a few years ago, we thought we'd give it a try. Inside was, well, cleaner, our waitress was pleasant and attentive, and the menu was easy to read. My wife ordered a Cheesesteak with well-done fries, I ordered a Sausage Sandwich that comes with green peppers and Marinara sauce. I asked for onions, too, as that usually comes with when I've had it at other places.
She said her Cheesesteak was 'Exellent', the fries were Spot On, too. My Sausage sammie was very good. Lots of Sausage and both rolls were perfectly toasted. We really enjoyed our dinner there.

When you arrive, you get to seat yourself. The wait staff will take your order and bring out the food. On the day I went, they were behind but that was no problem for me. The waitresses were hustling to catch up and I think they did a fabulous job! I don't know if it was a backup in the kitchen, at the payment counter, or waiting tables. I know they did a good job on my food and that made me happy. The only thing I found annoying was the TV was on and there was music playing. Almost sensory overload for me, but not that big of a deal

We eat here once a week sometimes twice. Love the cheese steak stromboli and the sausage and peppers sub. And I know it's just salad dressing, but their caesar salad dressing is the best I've had. I always get a side caesar salad if I don't get the main caesar salad as my entree.

We ordered pizza for takeout, and it was fast and fresh! As it was our first time since the change in ownership, we tried several flavors. The lasagna pizza, the white pizza, deluxe, and the Hawaiian. They were all perfectly cooked, fresh toppings, and delicious!We have tried other area pizzerias, but this is now our favorite!

I am Italian from New York and I moved to North Carolina. I realized tha the Italian food out here was not exactly to my liking. I decided to try willies . one more restaurant see if i could find one that i would like. And so I tried. I have to say this is very good, It was tasty. This would be one of the places I would choose Or strongly suggest. my roommate also enjoyed it very much. Thit's definitely a place. I will return to and suggesting to family and friends. That's an a plus all the way

Better to sit down and eat the regular Italian prayer.Then the pictures in my opinion. They're still good, very large and a good value.But just on the dryer side
