Just love going to Banditos. If we’re in the area, we are going to eat there. We always make sure that we set aside enough time. The food is awesome, the service is impeccable. If you try it you’ll love it!
The servers were okay, the food was a mix of good and bad, the wait for food was pretty long for a mexican restaurant. The cheesy chicken fajita lunch special was anything but special, way too salty and just not very good. The actual fajitas one member of our party got were very good, as was the macho taco another got.
There was only one waiter and he was completely overwhelmed. In addition, we ordered nachos with extra cheese (in lieu of meat) and there was barely cheese on the chips (many chips had no cheese at all). We did point this out to the waiter and the chips were remade, but we didn't get jalapenos the second time around. The salsa recipe seemed to change and we enjoyed the previous recipe a bit more.
