The restaurant was clean and the employees were attentive and friendly. The only things that I did not like was that they do not have string beans like many of the other chains and I was unpleasantly surprised that the white sausage gravy that goes on biscuits is used as the gravy for the mashed potatoes instead of brown gravy?! Please change that.

Can’t follow a simple order. I ask for extra seasoning they give me nun at all. I asked for three sauce they give me two. Oh and the sweet tea taste like dirty dishwater. I wish I could give half a star.

Typical chicken fast food joint. Tried Cajun chicken sandwich, Bo-rounds, steak biscuit all of which were pretty good, although the rounds were quite greasy (temperature too low?) 'legendary' iced tea was average

Maria is an EXCELLENT example of great customer service!! She is always professional, friendly, & has an upbeat personality! After working my long 12 hour shifts it’s refreshing to grab something to eat here and to be greeted with positive energy! I honestly don’t know why this lady isn’t in a manager position helping to run this store? She knows how to deliver fast & top notch service every time I have visited this restaurant. For my birthday ? on the 22nd she made me (a total stranger to her) feel so loved after I told her that it was my birthday that day. She goes over & beyond great customer service that truly needs to be appreciated & recognized!!! We need more Maria’s in customer service badly!!!! She is a genuine true leader that takes great pride in her job with always a smile & a positive attitude.
