I usually don’t leave reviews, but my recent visit to this Burger King was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. Earlier today, the manager on duty around like 1pm was extremely rude and had a very nasty attitude.
What made the situation worse was the way she spoke to her own employees. She was openly disrespectful, talking down to them in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made the whole experience feel tense and unwelcoming.
I hope upper management looks into this, because the rest of the staff seemed to be trying their best despite the treatment they were receiving. Nobody deserves to be talked to that way—customers or employees.

This BK is part of a gas station ⛽️. It was very clean and had quick service. There is a small grassy area between BK and the advance auto that you can walk your dog, if this is a pit stop on a trip.

I travel back and forth across our state and I have been stopping there for a while now and I have never had a bad experience there regarding the food, service or anything else.
I will continue to visit and have a meal while sitting in a relaxing environment, thank you Burger 🍔 King for being there for me!

The young black girl with her name tag upside down was so helpful and sweet, despite the rude and arrogant people who were being extremely difficult, as well as the fact that there were only 1 other cashier, who looked like the manager, and another lady who seemed to be training because she did not have the proper attire on, who also looked like she was making things difficult. Service was a 10/10! Thank you to the young lady!

Tykeria or something like that was working drivethru June 5th with a horrible attitude. When I got to the window she repeated my order and it was incorrect which she had an attitude about after I told her the correct order which she barely listened to and I ask her if she was sure she got my order correct now and she said yes and told me to pull up. After waiting 5 minutes they give me the wrong food
