Corporate or owners need to get this place in order. Employees yelling at each other in front of customers. A manager another employee called him Chad, was yelling at an employee using the F word and I thought I was needing to call 911. I overheard a comment that a female employee sent a porn video of herself to the same manager,Chad. You don't discuss these things in front of customers! Nothing but children on their cell phones working. On several occasions, I went there with only ONE staff member working both Drive thru and cooking and running the front counter. This was the general manager. This restaurant has no respect to allow this to take place! This general manager never gave up and was very friendly although working in this environment! I also noticed a couple living in their car parked behind building that were employed by Hardee's and the general manager explained to them they cannot do this. Who is doing the hiring of such employees? My husband saw a copperhead snake crawling in the lot near a shed. My husband talked to a manager and was told that the general manager had already told this to Corporate. This is a place that needs to be closed! I only go when I know that Mr Clifford is working always has a positive attitude! He needs to relocate and get away from this negative experience of employees!

Went inside to order. The employees ignored me until I asked if anyone was working the counter. One woman refused to help us. I guess the manager was outside on the cell phone. If you have plenty time on your hands and don't mind watching one person working while 4 other people stand around and do nothing including the manager, than give them a try.

The food didn't taste good and all I had a chewed up patty on my burger and the restaurant was dirty the floor were sticky and the table and floor were very dirty don't eat there I wasted $51 on food that was not even that good because the restaurant was dirty and the floors were sticky I'm never going to waisted my money there again I wish I could get a refund

Had to use drive thru due to lobby closed for some reason. Placed order for a #1 combo for breakfast a got an egg & cheese biscuit. 😡. Also ordered a smoked sausage combo that is supposed to have an egg on it, NO EGG was on it. 😡. I’ll never return there again. A simple order a you screwed it up. Had to throw it away due to being so upset. We went to McDonalds to enjoy our meal.
I came in a week Or two and ordered 8 pork chops and gravy With no bread and this white lady charged me $$$$$ 35 dollars I drove off

Ordered two Frisco sandwiches, the ham was all balled up in the middle and the bread wasn't toasted. HOWEVER, worst part was I ordered an EGG BISCUIT, but paid for a bacon egg and cheese ($4.69). I didn't even get an egg on the biscuit. 🤬 Threw all the food away.
