Ordered two Frisco sandwiches, the ham was all balled up in the middle and the bread wasn't toasted. HOWEVER, worst part was I ordered an EGG BISCUIT, but paid for a bacon egg and cheese ($4.69). I didn't even get an egg on the biscuit. 🤬 Threw all the food away.

Well I went to Hardee’s today and was dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. It was a guy at the window. I could tell he wasn’t in the best mood or wasn’t raised right by the way he spoke on the speaker. Thannnn I get to the window he literally opens the window doesn’t say anything and stares at me. I look at him and say good afternoon. He rolls his eyes and barely wanted to talk to me. I’ve never been treated like this. It’s not okay!!!!! This is how you lose customers. Foods already expensive as hell. The LEAST you could do is make the service good. SMH! It’s a shame people get paid to do a job but their performance is TRASH! Tighten up Hardee’s !!!!

I bought the Big Bag. They only gave me 1 sandwich? My coworker told me o paid for 2? I went back to the counter and explained. A new employee who took my order directed me to mgmt. They did give me hot fries, larger size. However, friendliness and customer service skills were subpar that day. Take time to train or help new employees. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

They sure know how to get an order wrong. We are the only 3 customers and they still managed to get 2 of the 3 meals wrong then a 10 minute wait for another wrong replacement
