Let me just start out by saying people spend their money where there is great customer service and offer quality products/food and if something isn’t right the manager makes it right because we the customers are the very reason people get their paycheck from our money. With that being said just because a company has been open for a long period of time doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t make mistakes nor does it mean it’s ok to discriminate against certain people and decide to treat them like second class citizens when they’re not satisfied with their service or meal. That’s bad for such a small business. Some people nowadays just accept it. If you are going to prepare and cook food for the public it has to be safe but if the cook is not trained properly they push out food that is undercooked,crappy food especially when they are barely making minimum wage so it all starts with the manager.This could make people really sick. Undercooked meat,outdated , food cooked and served without hands being washed before handling food that is absolutely disgusting and I’m sure if this restaurant got a pop up health inspection they would without a doubt fail they would have to close for at least a week just for cleaning and be penalized severely for serving food that is out dated mice have probably made a home in the restaurant along with all the roaches.If you can’t make it right for a customer being a manager/owner that shows what’s more important. This is not a place for other people to try to bash paying customers just because you been going there since they opened do not ever cast your invaluable opinions about others personally just because you been going somewhere since they opened doesn’t mean anything you are just buddies with the owner and obviously your tastebuds might need to be checked because you are eating food that I personally wouldn’t feed a DOG so keep your mouth off of others reviews and let your reviews be about protecting a company that will fail a health inspection on the spot.So the food is severely below health standards and you never know when your company will be inspected again with a below grade inspection. And whoever posted about someone being broke lol boy you got it twisted. Check your wallet and make reviews based on your opinion about the company not poorly treated customers.

Service was very poor. Waiter Oscar was very slow, smart mouth, and didn’t care. Didn’t even get refills for drinks . Our cups sat on edge of table about 20 mins.Food was horrible . The manager Pam Riley doesn’t care. The owner Jeremy Cooley is worried more about money, than his cooks making and serving greasy, nasty food. He is just a rude person that doesn’t care. Restaurant is dirty!!! They should be cleaning instead of standing around and talking. Nasty filthy place. Never again!! Just to let you know Christopher Criner, get your facts straight. Talking garbage about what you know nothing about, only hear say. We could care less about what you say. Everyone has opinions!!
You should mind your business for real.
We always paid for our food !!’Not sure who you’re talking about being broke, but it isn’t me. We don’t like half cooked greasy food.We never got free food.They will never get any more money from me. Get your story straight!!!

I've been coming to highway for years the owner Jeremy has made it correct it very quickly and I'm tired of people coming on here and bad-mouthing highway 55 if they don't want quality food they need to go to McDonald's they quit trying to get stuff for free because they're broke like kay shelton has tried to get free stuff from here many times complaining about things better not even worried about complaining about and wanting free food and even the food that was given to her for free when she came in and complained that she complained about that I did not want to pay for it she just broke and trying to cause problems again that is Kay Shelton talking garbage on a place she can no longer get free food

Kye was & always has been the most amazing server! She is excellent in her customer service & she knows her stuff 110%. If you go to eat here I'd highly recommend asking for her specifically. Tip her very well❤️ We love you kye!

The employees there you can tell do not want to work there. Customer Service is dead there. The fries tasted like theboil needed vhanged out over 2 months ago. The burgers looked horrible and tasted even worse. Just slapped together and didnt care. Will never return to this one. Not when theres a BK in walking distance.

Very poor service from our server Mary. She didn’t greet us in a timely manor or bring us menus. She fooled around instead of putting in our order and seemed to not care that we were here. Halfway through our experience she began to cop an attitude with us for no reason. We have been very nice to her since we stepped in the door. My parents have been coming to this location since it opened and have never had an experience like this. We love this place but at very disappointed in the service provided tonight.

*Update* After 3 months of not going there, my family and I decided we’d try again. Got seated at yet another table that was supposed to be Mary’s. She greeted us at the door and told us “someone” would be right with us. We then proceeded to wait 10+ mins while no one came to our table. We waved down a waiter who called out to Mary to come help us. She completely ignored us and began taking an order for another table. Mind you we still haven’t had our drink order taken. We proceed to walk out right past her and she seemed as though she was really annoyed that we were back. We’ve never had such terrible service anywhere else. I hope she gets the disciplinary action she deserves.

What a great stop on our trip!! Service was great; everyone in the store had a smile and made sure we had what we needed. The kids meals have the cutest cars with stickers. Fantastic prices. Highly recommend the hot dogs, cheese steaks, and orange crush.

First and foremost I wish I could make it 0 stars for service. Mary is the rudest server I have ever seen. I have never in my life seen someone in the service industry openly roll their eyes so much directly toward a customer. She needs to work away from people. Next , since when do restaurants run without a manager on staff! Also when I asked for the managers number they told me to call the store another time and see if he was here. Then our cheesesteak was about empty and that is when Mary got cute and rolled her eyes so much and was nasty and said “that’s how they come and it’s measured out !” We brought a friend that had never been here before and it was not a good experience whatsoever. We also had to ask for drinks 3 times and Mary got an attitude when we asked for the drinks. We got food before our drinks. We asked for sauce never got it. We got our own menus . Neither of the 2 on shift tonight need to be working with people!
