Best tasting subs without question!!! A little pricey, but the quality is well worth it.

Update 5/9/25: Received response from manager. Everyone has a bad day. Totally willing to give them a shot again. Appreciate the response. I disagree that this is a reasonable amount of mushrooms on a mushroom only sub if that is the protein source and main filling.

Update 5/8/25: Quality has gone waaaaaay down. Employees too busy talking to acknowledge customers, a JOKE of a sandwich (see disgusting photo). I emailed them to give them a chance to make things right but didn’t hear anything back. Obviously the poor quality starts at the top. 😩

Like bc all Jersey Mike's, this place is great. If you order a veggie sub, they clean off the slicer before slicing your cheese. The subs are better than anywhere else, and the people are always friendly.

This has always been my favorite location, very friendly staff!!! (Hillsborough) …. over time I’ve noticed things like not putting on clean gloves after touching the register or anything else not food related. This is just one of the things that’s important to me when handling food and it’s definitely a deal breaker. I had a wonderful experience on Sunday 5/4/2025 a young man named Cam was making subs and also helping with the register. As soon as he was done he immediately put clean gloves on and made my sub. I actually commended him, earlier I noticed a few others not doing that. Thank you Cam, keep up the good work 😊!!

The Staff here always knocks it out the park here!

Staff is normally friendly and gets orders out quickly.

Tables were dirty and ample staff was uninterested in cleaning them.

One of the food preparers was rude as hell!!! She slammed our food on the counter when she was done preparing them. Not a very friendly person!!!!

How sad to have to write a bad review on this Jersey Mike's. For the 3rd time we placed an online order at this location on Saturday; for the 3rd time in a row the order was not properly filled, leaving critical ingredients out of my wife's sub and also putting in things she didn't ask for.

In addition my giant chicken philly didn't have enough cheese or chicken on it to cover even one side of the sandwich, and there were about 2 tablespoons of "peppers & onions" on the whole sandwich. It genuinely looked pathetic when we opened it up when we got home. Basically paid $18 for a giant roll with a smattering of stuff on it. Worst philly I have ever seen, anywhere.

Not going to a place where I have to open my order and check everything before we can leave, what's the point of being able to order online then? We live over 14 miles away and decided to pick something up on the way out of town.
