Ordered an 8 count, and it only came with 1 breast. Ripoff. Paid $22 for it which is crazy IMO for KFC.

KFC generally has decent food and that is literally the only saving grace for this location. The prices have gone crazy the last couple of years but that is every KFC. The problem with this one is that the service is slow, and the inside area with seating is flat out gross. It took a long time to get to the register to order even though there were only a few people in front of us. And then it turned out they forgot to make our order and we had to wait longer after several others got served that were behind us in line. The seats are old and patched in some places that had rips. The tables are dirty and the floor was sticky, so nasty. Not recommended.

Well, all you have to do is read all the other reviews below. Waited 45 minutes for a bucket of 12 piece chicken, manager just stayed in office or wandered around. Six people working during 5:30 dinner rush, yet run out of chicken. Floors filthy, bathroom gross. Have to start noticing a restaurant rating and atmosphere before ordering.

Walked inside with the plan to eat after a restroom break. The floors inside the restaurant are filthy. There’s a funky smell in the air. The bathrooms are FILTHY. The employees were talking loudly to each other. Things added up quickly why we were the only potential customer. We did not eat. Disgusting. Do not stop here.

The man just about threw my order through the drive thru window at me. And just shut the door. I was going to ask for hot sauce but didn’t get the chance to ask. For the past few months I’ve gone to get food there it has progressively gotten less welcoming there. I’ll still go but the attitudes need to be better please

Sat in drive thru for 30 freakin minutes for 4 tacos!!??? Then was told to pull over and my food would be brought to me. I ended up having to go inside and my order wasnt even prepared ?I could have cooked them myself and cheaper for the time I spent here! Then for the wait, I was only offered a drink.. ? What happened to customer service ?
No one in line. 4 employees there. All looked at us yet never even attempted to take our order. This KFC is by far the worst one I've ever been to. Everytime I've ever been there it takes forever to get what you ordered and more times than not the order is screwed up. That place has been going downhill for at least 10 years and its beyond me how they're still operating.

I was surprised that an employee helped me take large bag of food to my car and when we got to my car he jokingly was rude to the folks in my car and used bad language. I was surprised because he didn't know anything about us and was very rude. I thanked him anyway but that was not professional at all. It could have started a fight.
