This place has been in Hillsborough for years but we never made it here - until tonight and the appetizer was wonderful and the pizza excellent. Super service and a very clean restaurant - not a place to be missed. Not a large menu as mostly specialty pizzas and some sandwiches and a few appetizers but the quality is outstanding. No reservations so prepare to wait a bit on Friday or Saturday but Sunday was just perfect.

The pizza is absolutely incredible perfectly blistered crust, fresh ingredients mostly from the local farmers market and flavors that hit every note. But what truly makes this place special is the atmosphere, thanks in large part to Lindsay behind the bar. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always makes you feel right at home cozy vibe with wonderful drink and food!

We had a fantastic time eating dinner on the back patio! The food was incredible, especially the pizza. Very flavorful pesto and fresh ingredients, and crust was the perfect balance of chewy and toasty. They have vegan substitutes available too.
Rachel was fantastic, and made us feel so welcome. She was so friendly and thoughtful.
So glad we have this place in Hillsborough! It felt like a little slice of Italy. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Best pizza in Hillsborough, and a kind team with awesome service! Rachel was a great waitress. The pizza is pretty good, but I think there’s room for improvement on the cornicione, which was a bit flat, and not quite as good as Pizzeria Toro in Durham. Also, the prices are a bit high, but again, I still think the best Pizza in Hillsborough!

My husband and I went out for date night and found this place we had intended to go to Hillsborough BBQ but ended up getting pizza period worst service I've ever experienced! A person came over and asked us what we would like to drink. We ordered two sweet teas and something from the bar. We never received anything to drink. I asked for a check and ask that the drinks be removed. The waitress apologized and said the bartender had gone home. Will never visit again.
