Nomad is my new favorite place! The vibe is so relaxing and the staff are so gracious and friendly. The food is all spectacular and I love the variety of dishes on the menu. Last night I had the ramen at the recommendation of Tess and it was delicious. I opted to add chicken and the meat was beautifully cooked thighs added to a tasty, slightly spicy, dish of thin noodles. EXCELLENT!

Nomad is my favorite place to eat in Hillsborough. I rotate through what I order on the menu because so many of their dishes are delicious. Their bartender is amazing and drinks--whether cocktails or mocktails are always delightful. We feel warmly welcomed every time we enter. I do recommend a reservation because it fills up at dinner time, though sometimes we can squeeze in at the bar.

Excellent cocktails, pleasant service, reliably good food. The salmon was cooked perfectly, on a bed of rice and Chinese broccoli with a delicious sauce - spicy, but not too hot. The cauliflower appetizer has really interesting spices.
