Amazing food!

We each chose the best thing on the menu; not that there was a poor choice.

Great cocktails too. Don’t forget to save room for dessert, we picked the Dark Chocolate Mousse.

After dinner we need to head to the Rookery.

I have been wanting to go to Nomad for years and was quite disappointed in my first visit. The service was incredibly slow, as they seemed understaffed. Tessa, our waitress, did the best she could, but she appeared to be responsible for the entire upstairs. My Szechuan chicken was completely dried out and the dumplings tasted like something I could have gotten anywhere. The atmosphere is fantastic, which is what had me wanting to go in the first place. The special of Salmon Tikka was fabulous, and the staff person who fixed our wobbly table was gracious and very helpful. But we did feel a tiny bit ignored most of the time by our assigned wait staff.
