The special of Salmon Tikka was fabulous, and the staff person who fixed our wobbly table was gracious and very helpful. But we did feel a tiny bit ignored most of the time by our assigned wait staff.

I was dining alone and sat at the bar -- but immediately was welcomed to Hillsborough by my fellow patrons at the bar. And they were regulars and eager to give tips on the menu. I ordered the combination/mezzes platter with chicken and it was wonderful -- great flavors and variety! Accompanied by a cocktail and a glass of Argentinian Malbec, and the attentive service of the bar-keep, there wasn't anything else I could ask for -- except an additional order of naan to "sop"...

My one dining experience at The Nomad was mixed but generally quite positive. While this is not a markedly great restaurant, it is a good restaurant with an innovative menu, and I will probably return. We were a party of three: my friend, my wife and me. The decor is sort of minimalist industrial, with a lot of exposed brick. We were seated at a table in a corner with such a strong cold draft that my wife had to put on jacket. We never lacked for service, and our food arrived...
