Now known as Hillsborough Baking Company, easily the best homemade pasta always freshly prepared and presented with farm fresh vegetables, zippy sauces and layers of flavorful textures...mmm good.
Enjoyed dinner here during a quick stopover in Hillsborough. I think I love every single thing about this place. From “welcome in” with a heartfelt smile to walking out with full bellies, it was perfect. Hubs had the Canestri. I enjoyed the spaghetti with 8 oz meatball. The rich flavors with super fresh and deceptively simple descriptions remind me of living in Italy. Love, love, love this place! The menu changes seasonally, and the food is always to die for! The service is always on point with a smile. Even when I've stopped in for some pastries, I have been delighted. A must! when in Hillsborough.
