Awesome customer service. I made a major online order snafu and my order didn’t actually get submitted. I called in a minor panic as a kids party was starting looking for my 5 large pizzas for a group of hungry kids. Jason was an absolute pro. He stayed calm and helped me get the order in the fastest way possible, also making sure I got the best deal possible. I was impressed by the great service.

Tonight was my first time trying Papa John's, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza, but I wasn't sure if it was still valid. The manager at the Hillsborough location was extremely gracious in accepting the coupon...and even offered to deliver my order (though it was supposed to be pick-up only).

My pizza arrived hot, fresh, and in no time at all. The driver was courteous and pleasant, and the pizza tasted great. Was it the best pizza in the world? Not at all. But it was pretty decent for a chain pizza joint. Nice job, Papa John's. I'll be back for sure!

Just received seven orders of wings all of which have about 2 tbsp of sauce for the entire container most of which is not even on the wings but in the corner of the container. Between delivery and the delivery fee I paid $50 for crap. I expect sauce on my wings unless I order them unsauced. If I wanted plain wings I would have went somewhere else.
