I ordered medium pizza with mushrooms with red crushed peppers & romano/parmesan cheeses packts plus a salad. Order arrived promptly yet pizza was cold and dry. Also, I was put on hold for >30 mins. 1st time I called, I called a 2nd time, and I asked for Mgr., he apologized and said delivery service sometimes takes long. Dasher service delivered promptly, the issues were cold/dry pizza, incorrectly filled order due to 2 missing items, and bland salad. Much improvement needed!

I ordered a large thin crust and wings. Somehow, it was a carryout when i ordered delivery, but it was a mistake on my end. The person who answered the phone tried his best to make it delivery, but with my discounts he couldn't and i appreciate his customer service. Upon entering the staff was amazing and gave me a free drink on arrival for a mistake on my end! The wings were very good and had lots of seasoning and cooked all the way through. The pizza was great in the definition that it showed what thin crust is. The toppings were plentifully and the cheese was solid. My only critique is there was not enough sauce on the pizza. I would definitely go back

They left out items from our delivery, and when we called back we told the manager we needed the missing items. He said they would re-deliver them to us, and that it would be 40 minutes. After an hour and a half, we called back to find out that the manager told another employee (who usually doesnt work at that store) to cancel our order, because they were not delivering them to us. No one from the store has even contacted us after said complaint. Will not order from this store again.

The language that was used by the young man working there was unreal.....he spoke words that was horrible. I am so glad no.children were their. I will go back but I hope that they do something about this young man

I had to give one star because that's the lowest that I can give. Showed up on Friday night at 6:00 for dine in. No one acknowledged that we were standing there waiting to sit down, and then when we finally asked if we could eat here they said that we could order and then go sit down. No one came to get us drinks, no one came to give us a menu, and one of the other customers who was standing in line for pickup actually came up to us and told us that they were back in the kitchen talking junk about the people wanting to eat inside the restaurant. There is no way in hell. I will give this place any of my money ever again.

I think this may be my first review of any restaurant. I took the time to do so, because I am so thankful for the awesome meal we just had delivered! It was the best I've ever had from any Pizza Hut!

Placed a future order for a simple pizza - pan crust, pepperoni, italian sausage and olives. Received a call 30 minutes prior to delivery time letting me know they'd run out of Pan Crusts, which is fine, things happen.Pizza arrives (completed via doordash - they don't even have their own drivers anymore which explains the exorbitantly high $5.50 delivery charge) and its incorrect. Impossible to get anyone at the store to answer the phone, I stayed on hold for a total of 20 minutes and no one ever picked up. Save your money, time and sanity and STAY AWAY!

This place is trash. A couple weeks ago they screwed up an order I placed (pizza was terrible, no sauce on it at all, plus they failed to deliver any of the side sauces I paid for). I called to complain which is something I rarely do. The manager issued a $35 credit to my account. Unfortunately, only the manager at this particular store can allow me to redeem my credit. Just now I tried to place an order.... spent 40 minutes on hold trying to reach the store so I can redeem my credit and they continuously hang up on me. Not only is the food subpar, but the customer service is absolute garbage. The owner of this location needs to get their employees in order. Do not order from this location.

Rude, didn't bring even half my things I ordered spent 60. Got 2 things and 3 individual teas for that..wow...then I call and they hang up on me...... so house full of guest no food and no one's vehicle is Here... so end result worst store. Horrible customer service!!!!
