Placed a future order for a simple pizza - pan crust, pepperoni, italian sausage and olives. Received a call 30 minutes prior to delivery time letting me know they'd run out of Pan Crusts, which is fine, things happen.Pizza arrives (completed via doordash - they don't even have their own drivers anymore which explains the exorbitantly high $5.50 delivery charge) and its incorrect. Impossible to get anyone at the store to answer the phone, I stayed on hold for a total of 20 minutes and no one ever picked up. Save your money, time and sanity and STAY AWAY!

This place is trash. A couple weeks ago they screwed up an order I placed (pizza was terrible, no sauce on it at all, plus they failed to deliver any of the side sauces I paid for). I called to complain which is something I rarely do. The manager issued a $35 credit to my account. Unfortunately, only the manager at this particular store can allow me to redeem my credit. Just now I tried to place an order.... spent 40 minutes on hold trying to reach the store so I can redeem my credit and they continuously hang up on me. Not only is the food subpar, but the customer service is absolute garbage. The owner of this location needs to get their employees in order. Do not order from this location.

Rude, didn't bring even half my things I ordered spent 60. Got 2 things and 3 individual teas for that..wow...then I call and they hang up on me...... so house full of guest no food and no one's vehicle is Here... so end result worst store. Horrible customer service!!!!

Terrible experience. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. After an hour and a half of waiting after receiving the out for delivery text, I called to check the status and the automated system said it had been delivered. Waited on hold for 10 minutes to speak with someone at the store and when he picked it up he was as rude as can be. Unhelpful and I still have no idea where my food is. He hung up on me.

Worst super supreme pizza and overcharged.I ordered online and ordered Italian Sausage and banana peppers as add on. Was charged for these two extra items. Did not get any sausage nor any peppers not even green peppers.sauce was very light could hardly taste sauce. I would call type pizza I received was a Beef and black olive pizza. Pepperoni and ham was very light. Some slices did not not have any pepperoni or ham if any 1 slice pepperoni per slice.Then terrible service. I ordered online at 2:17. Was to be ready at 2:.35. At2:30, I checked in to let staff know I was in parking lot for curbside. At 2:45 I called store and was told they did not know I was WAITING. But I was the only vehicle parked in front of store.I called to tell Manager and the person who answered phone put me on hold. Never did talk to Manager after being on hold for. 22 Minutes I called Manager at approx 10pm.

Very unorganized, very unprofessional, and not a place I would ever recommend to anyone.Kid-friendliness: No one greeted me the entire time I waited for my order to be taken on top of that the training was so badly I just gave up and ordered my food online which then took my entire break period plus another hour before I even got my food. I watch numerous argue and gre2 very angry because their order or dine in experience was so bad. No manager on duty either. Even delivering order were being screwed up. Dominoes we converting back sadly because I just wanted to Big Dinner Box Special .

Placed an order for delivery at my job, was going to stay late for a meeting and was planning on having pizza for dinner for myself and my famiy. I was very specific with the directions on delivery for order. Placed order to be delivered at 4:15, it was 4:30 and still no pizza. Called the store and they assured me the pizza was on the way there was just issue with traffic. another 30 minutes pass and still no pizza. Called store to see what happened and they tell me it's been delivered... surprised it's not! They tell me it's my mistake for not putting the correct address and to make sure next time it's correct. Which I find it funny because when I called the first time they seemed to know where to deliver and I even confirmed over the phone where it was to be delivered to. Person who answered the phone made it seem it was my fault and wouldn't own up to their mistake, never had this experience before but hopefully they issue my refund. Since I never got my pizza. Oh and when I asked how long refund will take they said 2 days and hung up on me.Will never order from here again will be ordering from Domino's from now on.

The store on Oakdale Drive in Hillsborough NC charged my card for a pizza we did not get. I placed an order in error, called the store and they could not locate the order to cancel it. The employee advised there was no order and I would not be charged. Today, I see where my card was charged for the pizza we did not pick up. I’ve also ordered from this store before and they are not friendly, the store is not clean and they do not answer the phone so issues can be discussed . Will not order again.

They hung up on me at 925 pm. I got through to someone, we were staying in the hotel 3 minutes away and I asked if they could deliver and they hung up but we called Dominos and they were there within 20 minutes and they were awesome, Domino's was awesome

Ordered a pizza online for delivery for my aunt at her house, was told it would be delivered by 515, we waited for over an hour for it, called and they transferred my aunt and hung up on her. Than they called me back on my number but told me they had to transfer me to the right department, like I said they called me. I finally had to go pick it up myself, just to be told that the delivery driver had a flat tire, but obviously it wasn't delivery my pizza because it was still sitting there. I had asked if I could get a discount or at least take off the delivery drivers tip considering I had to pick it up myself, and I was told they could take off 5.00 big whoop, guess I paid 12.70 in delivery tip for them not to even deliver or get a call about what happen.

I'm generally not one to complain, but this has reached the point of absurdity. The last TWO orders I placed at this Pizza Hut were never delivered to me. I have a limited income and cannot drive, so ordering out is a special treat. I can understand it happening once... But twice when I live less than a QUARTER MILE away? What the heck?When I called to ask where my pizza was, it had said out for delivery for about 40 minutes. They said a DOOR DASHER took it and that it was out of their control now. They also greeted me with "we're closed" before I ever said anything on the phone. I get that, though. They're closing and want to go home.The fact that they have failed to deliver my food TWICE has sealed the deal for me. I will never order from Pizza Hut or Door Dash again.

Good pizza but be prepared to wait awhile when you walk in and sit down. Once the waitress gets there she is nice tho. Can't find anybody when it is time to pay either. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!Again I reiterate "TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!"Went on Sunday 4/18/20 for dine in service the waiter was terrible the service hasn't gotten any better it's worse!?Went on Saturday 5/27/23 and was pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was Lindsey she was excellent and very attentive. Pizza and wings was good and the service was outstanding! 5 Stars this time.

Gave us raw chicken. When we came back to the store to show proof, one of the employees gave me a hard time before giving me a refund. The GM was very apologetic but the rest of the team was unprofessional
