The workers today on Friday may,30,2024 went around 7 pm. They did not seem interested in serving , and there was fruit flies all over vegetables , I walked out and left
So sad to see this subway turn into a no no, had to go Chinese next door
We came to order 3 foot long subs. I found it strange that I couldn't see what was being put on the sub. There is a stainless steel cover. First sub had about 2 or 3 inches of 1 layer roast beef in middle. Canceled other 2. Disappointed!!! Would not recommend. Definitely not worth the money.
The two owners suck. It starts with them.
Ordered two 12" subs with extra veggies, received closer to 7" subs of almost entirely bread. Was told it's the same sandwich. Definitely go to any other subway (like the one across town) where you get an actual sandwich and not a product that's just bread for $10 a piece. Probably equal to an equivalent 3" after removing all the bread.

I usually have a mediocre experience at all subways EXCEPT this location! This is the best location I have been to in any state, but only when Cole is working. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean, great atmosphere, and the food looks fresh and delicious when Cole is on the job. He has very, very high standards and I have never had a bad experience when he's working. He keeps the food station neat and clean, not ransacked like most subways. It's like the food looks and tastes so much fresher when he makes my sandwich. I get so disappointed when I stop by and he's not at the store or already left for the day. I wish that location was closer as well but it's about 45 minutes away but I stop there every time I can. I wish Cole managed all Subways!!!! If I could give him a raise, I definitely would!

This place is miserable if anyone goes to this subway I pray for you and your family’s taste buds. This place had me throwing up for over 5 hours as I just tried to desperately eat a simple subway sandwich. My children when in misery after eating the sandwiches I gave them for over $30.00!!!. My family is very depressed and disappointed in there life’s after going to this certain subway please if you go here PLEASE be cautious and remember you are at danger if you go to this place…
Vegetarian options: This place is know for hating vegans pls cancel them.
Wheelchair accessibility: They don’t have a door button for people who are is wheelchairs which is very offensive because my nephew has been in a wheelchair since he was born and life has been on the hard side for him…

Horrible service here at 8:30 for a peaceful breakfast and not open even tho it open 40 mins ago nobody is inside and we are forced to wait outside is the freezing cold

I was next in line at subway on 129 N Scotswood blvd, Hillsborough Nc.At this time only two customers were in the store.The owner/manager took a call in order before trying to helping me.The owner/manager started my order, then stopped in the middle of preparing my sub and started to do two more call in orders.I question him about this. And asked if he could go ahead and finish my order. The owner answered without looking at me.He just stated that he was preparing the call in order first. He just stated that he was preparing the call in order first. I got so frustrated that I just left. Before I left I noticed that there was now four or five new customers.This use to be a good subway store before this new owner. This is not the first issue I had with this new owner, but it is my last. When the owner/manager doesn't even bother to look at you, while you are complaining says a lot about how much you are valued as a customer.He may not miss me but I hope he misses my business.
This subway, used to be pretty good, however people are not being trained in making subs. They might want to move their new store hours up so people can see it. Not good for business. Owner's in side just run to back. Wow.
