Still waiting for my food. Been here an hour. Was asked four times what my order was and told them and got a "we will work on it". Just went up a fifth time, and watched him print a receipt and begin my order.
Order done 10 minutes later. one person food completely wrong another. Missing an item. Went back in, got it redone. Still missing an item! Finally leaving without our complete order.
Painfully understaffed, everyone is working their asses off and still there's no end.

Nice ladies working. Food is fast food, not bad. Had the chicken sandwich from KFC. Location was a KFC/Taco Bell location

Genuinely bad experience 99% of the time I go here. Whether it’s the taco bell side or the kfc side, they take approximately 7-8 (I timed them this last time) minutes per car with a very short and small line. There will be 2 cars in front of me total, and i’ll still spend almost 20 minutes waiting. The food is also messed up often. My cheesy bean and rice burrito that I got this most recent time coming was literally only tortilla and rice. How do you mess up something with so few items? Food is fine when they get it right, but not worth the half hour wait.

Waited at the speaker almost 10 minutes before they took my order then waited an additional 2 minutes before someone came to the window so I could pay then got home to eat hard tortillas and this is the only Taco Bell who’s “ground beef” looks and tastes like dog food just shut this location down or the owner needs to come figure out wth is going on in there

I've brought a group of 10 people to this location for several years now and the experience one of the group mbrs had Sunday, 30June 2024, was an experience no patron should ever have. Not only they not receive their food after literally 7-8 ppl behind them received their food, the 'manager' (his is Quinton) literally tossed the food onto the counter at them and when an explanation was asked of Quinton he literally snatched the food back and then tossed it onto the prep counter and began to yell at the group mbrs stating "don't you see we are busy?"
Quinton then told the young cashier to move, blamed her for not getting the group mbrs food and snatched out the group members refund and returned it to them.
Quinton did not show any type of customer service to a number of patrons in restaurant during that time.
Employees (especially managers) should know how to conduct themselves even high peeks of business hours.
Because of Quinton, we will not return to this location for a while.
I've actually never been to a worse taco bell. The bar is already so low x

Ordered tacos and mashed potatoes with no gravy, got cold tacos hardly filled and potatoes with gravy after repeating 3 times no gravy. Then I didn't get my card back and it was used an additional time after I had left it. Managers were not helpful in refunding my money and staff that was at the window avoided me when I came back to pick it up and told them that it was used an additional time.
