Waited in the drive thru line for about 15 min… they are obviously short staffed so I do not blame the workers. Company needs to do better in making sure they are properly staffed. If not Just close the restaurants to prevent unhappy customers..

The two employees smoking at the door should have been my first clue. 45 minutes for an order, which wasn’t even completed. I won’t cross this picket line again, it’s clear the workers are slowing down and making mistakes n purpose. I support them, and therefore will never come back to this Taco Bell again. The slow down continues!

This restaurant needs to seriously be cleaned. It is nasty. The bathroom had no soap and no towels. Everything was dirty. Toilet paper all over the floor. The countertop where the condiments are is so filthy. It looks like they wiped it with the same filthy rag from weeks ago. No ice in the drink machine. I don't know how you got a 98 percent rating!
How are you going to charge $5.99 for cheese quesadilla first off . Then put like 10 pieces of cheese on it ? So, I basically got charged $6 for a 10 cent tortilla thanks for nothing. Come here if you wanna get ripped off.

I went with two of my buddies and all the food was put together terribly. Nachos were just crumbs, cheese wasn’t even melted, and I asked for extra chicken and got barely any. Would not recommend.
