fast food restaurants are usually grim and the workers are somewhat dead inside but this taco bell is very much the opposite. it was just recently renovated and the inside is so clean and new. the employees are always happy even if there’s no one inside, and they always have a smile on their faces. i’ve been in pretty frequently these past few months and there’s usually one (or both) of these two young girls in there and they’re always the sweetest! naomi and carmela are always so sweet and caring, despite fast food workers maybe not having the best rep (speaking from other experiences). my food has always been great, i’m already so addicted to taco bell. i <3 hillsborough

Newly reconstructed Taco Bell. Stood at the counter unaware of the kiosk only service. Finally informed of this, and noticed there's only one kiosk for a fast food restaurant. Kiosk was average on responsiveness. Food was still Taco Bell quality but still Taco Bell.

Ordered spicy potatoes tacos, it wasnt very late and they werent busy. The potatoes in my taco were hard as rocks, the soft tacos were falling apart, and I may have managed to get 1/16th of a teaspoon of the sauce that comes on the taco. The guy that took my order was friendly, that was the only takeaway from this experience.

This brand new Taco Bell does NOT have sweet tea. WHAT?! I've NEVER heard of this. That's ridiculous. Service has been sketchy here before so makes me skeptical of what they are telling me. Pathetic either way

I try to avoid leaving bad reviews. But this location was just awful for customer service. We were the only ones in line at the drive thru. Only one group of friends eating side so practically empty. They had us pull forward while waiting on food. After 15 min we pulled back through to make sure everything was okay, cuz it seemed a bit long and the girls were chit chatting. They said yeah the guys in the back were working on it with one of the girls giving attitude. . Another 5 minutes or so and we had the order. But when we got it we were missing items and went back to request those. More attitude from the one girl. I wish I had got a name. This place really needs to work on customer service.food was also warm. Some parts cold…. So I’m wondering how long it was really done before we got it and they just didn’t notice from talking
Ordered an item with no sour cream. Before biting into the burrito, I noticed on the ticket it didn't have no sour cream on it, so I asked the woman who made it if it did and she said yeah, since it didn't say no sour cream. I said I could have sworn I had put no sour cream but that may have been entirely on me, and if she doesn't mind, would she be willing to remake it. She said yeah and I gave her the first one back and she left to remake it. While it was being made, I was thinking how nice it was that after a crap day where everything has gone wrong, how nice it was to have a little kindness in a small way. Until the last bite of the remake, there was a huge blob of sour cream. So my hats off to Shemia or however you spell her name. It takes a lot to really piss me off but you really decided to be an overachiever today. I hope you have the day you deserve.

We went in to the new, refurbished Taco Bell and they have kiosks to take peoples food orders. My husband and I tried twice on one but it wouldn’t take the order so we tried on another kiosk, same message. I tell the lady up front that they’re not working and rather than take our order she points to another kiosk and asked if we tried THAT one rather than just take our order, so we just left.

The restaurant just renovated and is beautiful. Great atmosphere and comfortable environment with sleek new furniture and aesthetics. Multiple self kiosks that are very easy to use. Nice open floor plan kitchen where all food is made to order & fresh. All around a great place you incorporate back to your routine.

We stopped here on our travels. This location does not have an open dining room or restrooms. The drive thru only is open. We placed an order thru the app and our food was prepared quickly. Staff at the drive thru were friendly.

So slow. 30 minutes to get a single box. Couldn't get the customer's order correct in front of us. The customer just gave up

Waited in the drive thru line for about 15 min… they are obviously short staffed so I do not blame the workers. Company needs to do better in making sure they are properly staffed. If not Just close the restaurants to prevent unhappy customers..
