It’s a neat little hotdog place. The dogs are okay but they are way over priced for just regular hotdogs.

No atmosphere but a rocking good crew of servers. It's a take out place.
I get the all beef combo German style with sauerkraut mustard and relish. Worth the money for a quick decadent lunch. Fries are always crispy enough.
Thanks folks!

Went here at 5:30 to get dinner for my family of 4. I was the only customer there in the drive thru and no one was at the walk up window. I started my order and after I ordered my 4th hotdog the lady asked me how many hotdogs I was going to order. I told her 6. She then told me that I would have to come order at the walk up window. I was very confused about this, so told her never mind I would just leave. I decided to pull around to the drive thru window and ask why would I have to do this. I was told this was there “policy” and she was not going to lose her job for me. I asked why this policy was not listed anywhere on there menu. She told me that they are to tell people this policy when they order. So after you have half my order you then tell me that I have to now park and walk up to another window and speak to you through the window with my order again. This is a hot dog restaurant and you can’t order 6 hotdogs through the drive thru. Let’s be honest, this is not a real policy, she just didn't want to make my order due to laziness. She had hoped that I would leave and that’s what happened and it resulted in a bad review and a lost customer…

I've never worked so hard onions on something. Three attempts. Huge lack of respect and customer service. Attitudes should not stay at home.

It's hard to give 5 stars after they took the baked beans away years ago but it's a quintessential hot dog stand with beef and pork dogs. Also try the bbq and fried bologna sandwiches. You must eat outside or in your car, no indoor seating.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarians may not get too far here beyond bread, veggies toppings (onion, jalapeño, slaw, etc), fries, and apple turnovers.

Dietary restrictions: I'm sure you can hold the bread for carb restrictions. The grill likely mixes with all foods cook such as pork and beef, so meat allergies would likely be impacted.

Parking: 3 spots are in front of the dog house for parking. Depending on lunch and dinner traffic, you may need to park elsewhere or use the picnic table.

Kid-friendliness: Throw the kids in the van and roll. This is a family oriented place with a kids menu and mini corn dogs!

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space but it is on a sloped parking lot and has parking lot traffic on all sides. It's best to use one of the parking spaces in the front but is doable otherwise.

I usually love the Dog House but was extremely disappointed this time I went (4/10/24). I paid for a Hound Dog Tailwagger (that is a mustard & chili hot dog). As you can see in the picture, it looks like I got barely any chili and maybe one squeeze of mustard. I went around lunch time and I understand they were busy, but I believe I got ripped off. I basically paid extra for a plain hot dog.
