Busy Sunday morning, but my waitress went out of her way to get me seated and ordered as fast as she could.

This particular WH has to be the worst one I've ever been to. Very rude and unprofessional staff. It's bad when the cook and manager stand off line and talk about you because you got cold chili .
I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS WH AGAIN!

Solid service, experience, and food on par with what you’d expect at a waffle house. When we were here, the service was really great and they made it super special for the kids!

I absolutely love this particular waffle House it's clean you get good service you get good food you get to see people cooking and preparing your food they're kind and polite.

Service was awful. My girlfriend order a singular chocolate chip waffle, and about 15 minutes after ordering we could see them making waffles for people that came in after us. I got a bacon egg&cheese hash brown bowl. Again I saw them making hash browns, eggs, and bacon for people that came in after us. When I finally got it, hash browns were burnt and they put a slice of cheese on top, not even melted. At one point my server came up to us with the wrong food and I said “I don’t think this is mine” in a calm voice; she responded “just give me a minute” with a snarky attitude. On top of all that, I got into a car accident as I was pulling out of Waffle House, I’m convinced it was my bad luck charm

Kathy is the best server. I have been coming here for yrs. I jump for joy when she's our server. She helps makes it feel like home. We even go to the Durham location just for her service. .

I just had the worst brunch experience ever at that place! There was literally a hair in my food, which totally killed my appetite. They were super understaffed, so the service was incredibly slow and we couldn't get refills on our drinks. Also, they messed up our order and my waffle was completely forgotten. Honestly, I won't be going back anytime soon!

I LOVE me some Waffle House. I like that the kitchen is right in front of me! Favorite breakfast and they even have good burgers & chicken sandwich. Oh and BLT ! I dont think I've ever had a negative experience at a Waffle House.
