Small place on main road through town. Local eatery with farm to table concept. Had the special, Bourbon Bacon Burger. Bourbon bacon jam, Monterey Jack cheese, pickled red onions, mustard, lettuce. It was delicious! Sat outside on sidewalk like café tables. It was very refreshing.
Spent part of the day in Hillsborough for a special event. Had lunch here. Excellent choice. It is noisy, but it is from everyone having an enjoyable time. This is a classic and lively watering hole with great food and awesome staff. The only thing stopping my wife and I from stopping here more often is the fact it is in a different town as we live in Chapel Hill. Every meal we have eaten here we have enjoyed and I personally like the fish tacos and mushroom Swiss burger. They have a nice selection of beer and liquor.
