The Lobster Grilled cheese, hands down the best ever. Combination of 2 of my favorite things, lobster and pimento cheese grilled to perfection! Strawberry pie for dessert, and even bought a whole pie home. Will go back again just for the food and did I mention the service with a smile. Thanks ladies for making our trip from Myrtle a success ? we will back to see you soon!

Made a day trip to holden Beach from Surfside Beach and stopped for lunch. We must say hands down we would travel up just for lunch here. We had the lobster roll and lobster grilled cheese and both where absolutely delicious. And the strawberry pie is absolutely heavenly. 10 stars and the service was amazing. Everyone there was polite and kind.

Stopped in for lunch after visiting Holden Beach and ordered the lobster roll and the Italian sub. Both were very over priced. Could not believe how small the sub was, it was like a kids meal. Lobster roll was a joke too. Women behind the counter were very friendly. Can’t believe locals go here.

So I am reading all these reviews about the high prices—it’s lobster for heavens sake!! Anyway, the lobster grilled cheese and crab soup are my go to every time I’m here. And, yes, I eat a $42 lunch to splurge because it is worth it as a treat! And there is a ton of lobster in it! There are tons of cheaper options such as yummy quiche and crab soup for $12 or any sandwich you want if you want to pay less. The women who work here are amazing and I love the owner!!! So skip the lobster roll if you want but go to Archibald’s Deli!!! The chess pie is delicious, too!
Lobster roll totally not worth 27.00 almost 28.00 bucks. Maybe 3 Oz. Of meat. I didn't eat much of the bun so I immediately ordered some crab soup which took forever to come so my party had finished thier food by the time it came. Crab soup maybe had one Oz of crab meat. Left disappointed in my expensive lunch. The desert items did look amazing so that might be worth a try.

Wish we’d read the reviews before eating here for lunch. The lobster roll banner out front suckered us in. We paid $64 for two, plus a tea and water. As others mentioned, it’s a small amount of meat on a soft hotdog bun. It was also super fishy and didn’t taste fresh. The owners are very serious about you not bringing in your own drink and have numerous signs up about it. They also charge $1 for an ice cup and don’t allow cups of water from their soda machines. We are buying a house nearby, but will scratch this restaurant off our list.
Best place in HB to grab a sandwich and some pie!!!!

We enjoyed our Lobster Roll ($27) and Lobster Cheese melt sandwiches, just wished they were bigger. Hence the 4 stars. Our bill was $80 with a $10 tip when we ordered at the counter (drinks, 2 sandwiches, chips and small cup of Italian pasta). That was a lot considering portion sizes and bag of lays potato chips. My 6’1” 240lb husband was not full and came home to snack.Honestly, when my lobster roll came out, I was a bit disappointed at the size but maybe that has to do with market price?? I’m pregnant with twins and that has been the only thing I’ve been able to eat this whole vacation. I ate every last bite and could have ate another. Delicious but left me wanting more.

$25 for a lobster sandwich so I was expecting a lot of lobster on a sandwich. It came back with a few strreads of lobster on Texas toast. Very disappointed. The crab soup had about 4-5 tiny pieces on crab. Enough to say it had it. Chicken salad had no flavor. The lady running it was a little too type a personality. I felt sorry for the worker when she made a small mess.It asks for a tip upon paying. I tipped thinking someone would wait on you. Not the case.Save your money. It was worth $77. More like a $20-25 lunch for what we got.
