Seafood Barn Restaurant

They were very health conscious as they checked our temperature before letting us enter. Food was hot, fresh and plentiful. Good choices of main entrees and sides. I got the two item platter (I chose clams and shrimp) along with sweet potato fries and cheese grits. Sauces are made in-house. Our waitress was very pleasant, informative and attentive. Great prices for the value. I took home a box of leftovers!

Good steak, great grilled shrimp! Portion size, huge! Not too,too pricey for what you got. Hostess seemed stressed, but these are stressful times.

Wait staff was tremendous! Everyone was working as quick as possible! Steam pot was on point! Best sausage ever!

We ate ate the Seafood Barn tonight. Best meal I’ve had in a very long time. Grouper Oscar (grouper, crab meat, asparagus, & hollandaise sauce. It was delicious & our server, Tracy was superb!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We were skeptical after reading some of the other reviews on the service, but we did not have the same experience. Our waitress was amazing, as well as the other waitstaff. They brought our appetizers, salads, and entrée out in a timely manner where we could enjoy each stage of our meal. We both got ribeye and crab legs, crab dip, salad and soup. Everything was exceptional and cooked perfectly. This was our first time at Holden Beach and we have tried a lot of different restaurants this week and this was by far the very best one quality, portions, and service. Be prepared to pay a bigger price tag here, about $90 for the two of us, but we did order expensive menu items. There are other options that are cheaper.

The ribeye I was made to perfection. The food rich in flavor. The service pleasant and clean. I am a local business owner. And I will be happy to keep eating ? there. Special thanks to the server Tammy!! Thanks ma'am.

I am not sure of his name but our waiter was awesome. Super nice guy. The lady that showed us to our seat not so much. But our waiter made up for it. Good food

Seafood barn is an ok place. This is a good place for those with a very basic palate. We ordered the fried shrimp and a shrimp po boy and the crab dip. The sides are pretty dull and nasty tasting, almost paid $15 for the crab dip but it tasted like a block of cream cheese. 10/10 sweet tea, 2/10 appetizers and 5/10 entrees

We absolutely love this restaurant! We take all of our visitors here. We have never been disappointed. Grandchildren really like going there too. Really neat decor. The food is good southern style seafood.

Would have give no stars but you can’t do that. Our bill was a $100.00 for four people and the best thing was the free hush puppies they bring you before the meal. My suggestion would be to fill up on those. The seafood was most likely frozen and that’s sad right beside the ocean. It was floppy and soggy and just plain disgusting. The chicken Alfredo was also a hot nasty mess. The corn on the cob had a hair on it almost looked like a pubic hair. Just a overall very bad experience not what you would expect for the price at all. Take heed and just don’t waste your money here the seafood and pasta would have been much better from Red Lobster.
