The 12 Oaks community is home to 1,704 homesites, a challenging 18-hole championship golf course built by Nicklaus Design Group, a 35,000-square foot clubhouse, fitness center, F45 studio, three swim complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, and over 20 miles of trails and sidewalks winding through rolling hills, open fields, lush woods and even alongside creeks and streams.

I work with a lot of venues, especially wedding venues and this was by far the easiest/best experience. The communication was great, the people were friendly (which weirdly is hard to come back in the wedding venue business). Cheyenne was great!
