I had typed up a long explanation/review, but simply put, the manager of this location, Shelly, is awesome! She has always gone above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of and satisfied with their order when we have dined in multiple times in the past. We had an issue with a delivery order last evening, but as seen when dining in store, Shelly went out of her way to rectify our issue. She truly is a great manager and a great person. We will continue to frequent this Blaze

Pizza is good but they never seem to have orders ready on time. I placed an online order and it said it’ll be ready at 5:53. I got here at 6:05 and they didn’t even start yet. It’s 6:15 now and they said it’ll be another 10 minutes. Not even a sorry from the workers EDIT: had to bump it down even further after we got home. The pizza is usually good here, but after all the delay at the store this is the crap they gave us. The pizza was so bad my kids wouldn’t eat it and they eat everything.

Every time I visit Holly Springs, I go to this Blaze Pizza. This time Benji helped me and was very accomadating and helped me with my order. He was patient (had 3 kids with me) and ultimately the pizza was done perfectly. I will be back again when I visit.

Was our initial go to place for pizza in Holly Springs. They have very good pizza, and love that you can get Vegan cheese! The main issues have been service related. We’ve had a number of errors in our orders and have experienced very long waits. One time they forgot to make our order, I think it got placed in the outbox. I had to ask after waiting for quite a while and they made them then. Problems with the online order system not accepting orders has been a problem too, where it’s hit the max for the day very early. Hopefully this is a system they have fixed.
Vegetarian options: You can also get vegan cheese, and the crust is vegan/vegetarian.

The pizza tastes great I love the crust. My pizza came out slightly deformed and without me even saying anything, they loaded up another pizza for me to take home! Thank you!

I met a friend there for lunch, and the service was very slow. I didn't have a problem with that though, one of the employees was new and she was obviously just learning but was very sweet and hard working. I had a coupon that I had clicked on, but by the time they finally came to ring me up I had 1 minute in which to use it. ( it's timed on the app) Food tasted good as always, but my problem started when I found a peice of hair in my salad. I quietly went up to bring it to their attention. The person that needed to handle it was not out there, I told the lady that took the salad from me that I was going to wash my hands, but would be right out. When I came out of the bathroom the lady that had to help me was ringing someone else up so I waited my turn. She messed up ringing the other person's order up and the customer said you can go ahead and help her. I, still trying to keep what I had found quite ( that's the last thing I want to hear while I'm eating) when she saw me literally hollard out, "oh you are the one that found a hair in the salad that you had already eaten most of!" "And you found it on the bottom, so I don't even know how you found it there!" I just stood there dumbfounded while she said, "so do you want me to make you another one?" Well, I definitely didn't want another one at this point. She was very hateful and never apologized for this happening, just was very accusing. ( it was a black very curly hair almost resembling a dog hair) very disappointing that an offer to refund the money for the salad was never even offered from her. A quick I'm sorry, would have gone a long way...

I don’t know what happened to this place but it is poorly run. It used to be a favorite but they are seriously understaffed and the ones that are left are complaining . Should have remembered from last time .
