Very slow service

Completed an online order at 4:15pm for a 6pm pickup. 1 large pizza, 1 reg pizza, fast fired meatballs and cheese bread. Food was awesome, I however waited until 6:35pm for the order to be ready. Manager was nice, I understand things come up, you have to tell corporate to update your alerts on the app. If you’re going to be behind, let the customers know.

Ordered online multiple times and this place never has the food ready at the expected time. The pizza is normally good just don't expect to pick it up on time. I would order online and show up late.
The order was ready 17 minutes after pick up time.

My son and I got to the front of the order line right in front of the workers who were taking orders, but no one took our order. They ignored us for at least 5 or 6 minutes. They were lining up little tickets and pizzas for some unknown orders, but I kept thinking surely they would stop that after a bit and take our order also. But that didn't happen. I understand that maybe there were call in and internet orders, but some priority should also be given to those who come in person to order. Finally, after all the little tickets on the counter had been made, then the worker asked me for my order. By this time there was a long line queued behind us, and all of them looked as if they were feeling less valued as customers. I felt like the ticket orders were given higher priority than the live people in the restaurant.

A good way to fix this would be to do like Chipotle does: have a separate area for fulfilling call in and internet orders, and keep the main serving line for in restaurant customers.

Food was just OK. They didn't have several menu options (like onions and salad), and the service staff was inattentive and rude. We walked in and were ignored. We had to ask where to order - even though we knew - because it was that obvious they didn't want to help us. There was literally nobody else in the restaurant. Pretty bad experience, honestly.

We've been coming to the Holly Springs Blaze location for over a year now after having a less-than-stellar experience at the Morrisville location—and we’re so glad we made the switch. The Holly Springs location is well-managed, with consistently great customer service.

One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is the gluten-free pizza option, which is a lifesaver for those of us with dietary restrictions. It’s always delicious!

A special shout-out to TRAVIS—he’s incredibly welcoming, always cheerful, and brings such a positive energy every time we visit. He’s a real asset to your team!

If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be the dessert display. Right now, it looks a bit dated and unappealing. Honestly, I don’t even think the miniature Jesus could help it. Time for a refresh!

Very sorry to write a negative review about Blaze Pizza in Holly Springs as it used to be my favorite pizza place. Was there a month ago, was shocked at how much it has deteriorated, and vowed I'd never go back. Thought I'd give it another try today and it was even worse. For starters, the place was very unkempt and dirty despite just opening for lunch. Most tables were dirty from the previous day as well as the place in general looking like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The prep counters were a mess with spilled toppings mixed in with other ingredients, and vegetables did not appear fresh - especially spinach which looked like dried leaves. On both occasions my pizza had large hard black clumps of debris from previous orders due to not cleaning the oven properly. They could not be removed without destroying the pizza and rendered it inedible. The beverage dispenser had some black mold in some of the crevices. I would love to see the place turn around to what it was before but I'm not willing to risk taking another chance.

Ordered delivery from here. My wife has a dairy allergy and ordered a no cheese pizza. Unfortunately when it arrived it had cheese on it. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times only to be hung up on. We’ve had issues in the past and have given them the benefit of the doubt. Definitely done with this location. 0/5

The pizza actually has a really good flavor, but things started going downhill when more people began to arrive. With nine people behind the bar making pizzas, they struggled to get them out efficiently. We ended up receiving our pizzas at different times.

Additionally, the ice area where you get your drinks was a safety hazard, as ice had built up all over the floor, making it wet and slippery. This posed a risk, especially for those in flip-flops, as someone could easily fall near the ice machine.

I think the layout could have been better organized. Given that it was 5:30 on a Saturday and many patrons were coming out of the movie theater, I would have expected them to have enough staff to handle the volume, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

All outdoor tables are dirty and super grimy. Tons of dirt napkins all around on the ground. Staff needs to be more active in keeping it clean.
