Worst bojangles I have ever visited. Missing items I ordered (took my order before I even finished completing it verbally), and on top of that they gave me a cup where the liquid fell right through it

Drive through is ridiculous, waited 39 min , watched 5 cars pull out of the line after waiting more than 20 min. Nobody came out to say there was an issue. Like the just don’t care.

I went here tonight and the customer service is rude I ask for fresh chicken and wing dinner they gave me pink chicken and they said they weren’t frying anymore it’s 9pm they don’t close till 10

Food is terrible cold no seasoning on fries after asking chicken tenders not good didn’t get my barbecue sauce gave them benefit of the doubt heard there food wasn’t good should stopped in Fuquay like I been doing😡
The Dr.pepper was out of the flavor I brought it up the lady took it back and I assumed changed the flavoring but then came back with the same tasting Dr.pepper. I also ordered a 1/2 gallon of sweet tea and it tastes unsweetened. The chicken was soggy and limp, the French fries in addition where in barely seasoned

The manager was rude. I ordered a chicken club and they made it without the bacon and cheese. They expected me to put it on there myself. Very disappointed in this Bojangles, we used to go here all the time.

For the past 5-7 times I have gone here, they have made my order wrong. I've had to correct them about it each time, and if it wasn't wrong, they took an unreasonable amount of time to hand me my food. I have always ordered bo-rounds, and every time, they didn't have any made. I have to either wait 10-20 mins or order a different side.
