For the past 5-7 times I have gone here, they have made my order wrong. I've had to correct them about it each time, and if it wasn't wrong, they took an unreasonable amount of time to hand me my food. I have always ordered bo-rounds, and every time, they didn't have any made. I have to either wait 10-20 mins or order a different side.

Restaurant nearly empty but took forever to get simple order. Employees could not have cared less or moved any slower. Made no effort to explain why it was taking so long.
This Bojangles is one of the best in the area. The food is always fresh, the service is spectacular. I have done some large and complicated order over four different times now and not one mistake. Nice and easy to get in and out of as well, just hard to know they are there if you don't already know.

Food is great, just avoid the drive thru. Inefficient and lots of mistakes and long waits. And that seems normal as there’s no concern or apology. Just a lot of waiting.

This place needs new management and new staff all the way around. Or...current staff need training. It was painful to watch these young people struggle to complete an order from start to finish. Literally struggle to understand how to look at the ticket and put food in the box. I also witnessed a staff member eating food by the freezer and then lick her fingers then proceed to handle food. I asked for my money back and did not get my food. Manager couldn't care less about any of these issues. There were way to many people on the clock for service to be so slow and bad.
