Y'all need to tighten up. You CANNOT mess up a lemon pepper wing. It’s against the law. For you all to have the word “Wings” literally in your name, you should be killing the game. Those were the worst lemon pepper wings I’ve ever had. Mind you, I am a chef and I get around the kitchen REAL well. Allow me to come in and give you guys a class on what matters when cooking wings, especially lemon pepper! I’ll give you this for free….USE SEASONING! These wings could have EASILY passed for “plain”…..you should be able to SEE lemon pepper seasoning on the wings. I have taken a picture of just how bare these wings were…..let me come in and show you guys and gals how it’s done. Better yet, hire me. I’ll turn that place around! Seriously though, SEASON the wings people.

inconsistant food here. tonight?: 40 minute ticket time. the food died in the window, so issues with the service staff, but it took over 30 minutes to get the food made. my cheeseteak was beef jerkey by the time I saw it. this is typical with this location. the problem is the back of the house management blames front of the house. but the real issue is this place is never staffed for busy times. I think you get what you pay for when you pay managers nothing. As a once highly paid manager for brinkert restaurants, I was asked to find these deficiencies, I can tell this is what happening. you have unqualified/untrained managers unable to provide proper service. pay your managers better (get better managers) and guess what? you restaurant will run better. I dont think they care.

I typically love B-Dubs... But this location seems to be fading fast. We were the only people in the bar around 5 on a Saturday. Pretzel bites were $10!??? For only 5 small pretzel bites. Absolutely insane that each one was $2. We ordered without the everything bagel seasoning, and twice they brought them out to us with the seasoning still on there. Wings were just okay, good sauces as usual. Staff friendly enough...but $70 for two people to get wings, pretzels and a few beers was too much for the quality received

This place is so hit-or-miss. One day, you might get well-cooked wings with the right amount of sauce, the next day you get way over-cooked wings drowning in a kiddie pool of sauce. And anything in between. So inconsistent. Unfortunately, it seems to be more miss than hit lately, not worth playing the lottery.

i moved down here a couple years ago from eastern wake county, and had to transition to this location as i LOVED my Knightdale Buffalo Wild Wings. Madison has served me at the bar on more than one occasion and she is the friendliest and best service! I have definitely come to love this location also! Thanks for all the staff for a great experience every time
This will quite possibly be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings you ever go to.
It’s disgusting and unclean everywhere. The men’s room was one of the grossest bathrooms I’ve ever used, everything was wet. The floor in the dining area had carrots and celery and chicken every few feet— the kicker here is that the staff strategically stepped around the messes on the floor instead of picking it up.
On top of that we waited 25 minutes for a chicken wrap, 15 boneless wings, and a kids Mac n cheese while we were one of the only tables in there. The waitress said they “had a bunch of new cooks”.

I ordered traditional wings all flats extra crispy, the wings came out the first time not extra crispy. The second time it came back out the wings were cold. The bartender at the time was sweet. I hate it had to send my food back but i could not eat the cold food and my wings not crispy.

Went for their 10 dollar endless appetizer deal, loved the atmosphere and service. Unfortunately the only good appetizer that they let you get an endless amount of was mozzarella sticks, but they were really good. And every time I've had the wings they were pretty good, but also a little pricy. Sometimes they have really good deals, so it's worth checking our.
