I used to order from this place religiously because it was SO GOOD! I ordered today and it's very blah. I asked for extra honey and granola...I taste absolutely no honey and the granola is minimal. Very disappointing. The customer service was great but that's about it

Rude and don’t answer the phone when attempting to find their location. Website was malfunctioning. Close early too, that’s lame.

Today I went here during my lunch break specifically because I saw that some of their bowls have local bee pollen on it. That’s a very crazy find to me. I ordered my bowl during a busy time and realized once I got to my car that there was actually no bee pollen at all on my regular Hau’oli bowl. since it was my work break, I was in a time crunch and it was so busy that I could not go back to ask for it. it was honestly super disappointing because the truck is really expensive, which I thought was worth it considering the bee pollen, but then I didn't even get that. It was still good i was just looking for those health benefits and for the correct order :/

We love their bowls! We come at least once a week to grab bowls for the family. Always friendly, love taking pics and the compliments! Bowls can sometimes have inconsistent taste (most recently) but overall best bowls I’ve had in this area.

waited for half an hour on my order and people that ordered after me were getting theirs first…..then when my name was called i waited again for like 5 minutes at the window until i finally spoke up and asked if they called my name and they handed me my bag that had BEEN sitting there like i get you’re busy but how are you going to call me and then not give me my order??? idk i feel like it was racially motivated and im honestly pissed off especially because of how expensive it was. i wish i could get my money back.

I've been going here for acaii bowls for years but was pretty disappointed by the level of service I experienced today. I went about a half hour before 3PM & they were out of strawberries, which was a bit of a bummer, but fair since it was a half hour before closing. The girl working there asked if I wanted to sub anything else in instead, I chose blueberries from the list she gave me. Then she rang me up & the medium Surfs Up bowl is normally $13.53 but it came out to be $14.03 which I was confused about later. Is it extra for the blueberries? Why wasn't I informed if that's the case since I'd only chosen them as a substitute for the strawberries they were out of? Then the bowl she'd handed to me had a big slab of honey dripping down the side of it which I didn't notice until I was back in my car & by that point a bunch of it had already gotten on my fingers from holding the bowl which then got on the interior of my car. I needed to drive home one handed with my other hand holding the bowl to prevent the honey from getting on the seat & other parts of my car. Just not a good experience overall. For additional context, this incident took place at the Lifetime Fitness truck in ApexEdit: Updated from 2 to 4 stars after reviewing the explanation/apology from the owner, thanks

I love Buoy Bowls, but today I went to the truck in Fuquay-Varina to get a Surf's Up bowl. I was very disappointed this time because it had so much granola and not enough of the Acai base. Hopefully you will do better next time.

Great food truck, great bowls, using pitaya/dragon fruit as well which is super interesting. Also just watched a super Karen demand a free bowl because she dropped the one they gave her on the sidewalk, and blamed the employees because she thought it was 'slippery'. Was handled calmly very well by the staff. Great lesson for my daughters on how not to behave as well.

I went to the Lifetime Fitness location and ordered The Surfs Up Bowl. The worker did not skimp out on the toppings and it was delicious!

Ok this isn’t in relation to this location - it was the one near brier creek food truck - 30’mims of standing in the rain for a smoothie - absolutely insane - don’t ever go
