Waited almost 30 mins in drive-thru, decided to go ahead and leave bc of no service at all and when we pulled around to leave there were no cars at all. Only saw the worker/people talking at front counter. Absolutely no service.

It is 740 am on a Sunday. Been at the drive-through for about 10 minutes no didn’t even come over the speaker to say please wait or even let us know that someone’s there must have only one person in the whole building absolutely unacceptable and horrible. All I want is a breakfast sandwich. Went to try to go inside, but the door was locked came back to the drive-through and lost two spots. I doubt you guys will remain open much longer with this kind of service

Drive thru is always slow i only get a 30 minute lunch and it’s right up the street from my job i get there at 1:35 and i never get my order until about 1:50 and i have to rush very slow i even order online thinking it would be quicker but about the same even picking up inside

Went through the drive thru and ordered my families food. It took forever and was told it because of the modifications they made it to complicated. I’m sorry but since when is taking items off something make it more complicated? So much for “have it your way”

Worse place ever. Sat at drive-thru for 10 min, no one even ask if they could help. 5 cars behind me. One still waiting on food at window. Went inside customers stacked up, some with orders that weren't correct. 3 people working at their slowest speed. Won't be back. What happened here, it used to be good, but all that's gone now.
