Terrible wait. They tout the mobile thru as a faster option to receive your order but we waited over 45 minutes for our mobile order while other cars in the drive thru were allowed to skip our place in line. Will never visit this location or place a mobile order from Chick-fil-A ever again. Literally turned me off of one of my favorite restaurant chains. What a shame.

I give this place 0 stars for service. What’s the point of taking my name if no one bothers to call me when the food is ready? I ordered 4 shakes, and they were completely melted because the girl at the front desk wrote down my name but never called me. Very disappointing experience — I didn’t enjoy it at all.

Went through the Chick-fil-A this morning feeling the usual drag of a Monday morning HOWEVER my friend and I were greeted with a smile by Siljen in the drive thru. He was so kind and gave us a suggestions for our coffee order, a mocha cream cold brew! We LOVED IT. He really made our whole week with how kind and welcoming he was. I would come back to this Chick-fil-A specifically because of how great he was!

I have been customer of Chick-fil-A since they opened in canada, tried multiple location in canada and USA, but this particular location had Very poor customer service , and very disgusting taste of Coca-Cola, one thing that's mixed by machine they can't even get that right, chicken was so dry and taste less, refried fries and chicken nuggets.
Never expected this from a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
