Terrible. I ordered a meal with a side salad and they gave me just nuggets. I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize until I was home 30 mins away. I know I should have checked but I’ve never had any issues here before. Really bummed. What a waste of $15.

Update: Dropping my review from five stars to one star, and it’s all because of the mobile drive-through. It’s consistently slower than the regular drive thru line. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:19 PM and didn’t leave the mobile drive-through until 6:40 PM. This isn’t a one-off problem—it happens every single time I use the mobile line.
Always great service! It’s chick-fil-a you know what to expect when you get there!

The drive through section is hard to spot when you drive in i the person before me and behind me had to circle around the parking lot bc it wasn’t lit up enough to see at night. And we had to sit in drive through line waiting for our order for 10 min. Compared to other places this one is very slow. Also my younger kids disappointed with kids meal toy

So I had to wait in line about 10 minutes because there is only one drive thru and car and employee in front taking their time. Then when got my sandwich it was not as hot and couldn't hardly chew the chicken. This was the worst sandwich have ever had from y'all. But I will not visit the Chic Fil A in Holly Springs again. This was my first and last time there.
