Our server, Lupe was absolutely incredible! I have a severe milk, protein and lactose allergy and she right away. Let me know that there was something else that I could have other than a salad with no dressing or a burger patty without a bun! I had one of the bowls and it was absolutely delicious with the citrus lime dressing!Lupe was absolutely incredible. The place was clean and the food came out fast. Everything was wonderful!

Poor experience tonight with order pickup. Sirloin not cooked correctly. Asked for medium rare and received well done. Burger also over cooked. Missing straws for drinks, ketchup and silverware for to-go order. Management should take a look at quality control for online ordering - both food preparation and packaging. Waste of money tonight.

Tonight we went for dinner , shout out to our server Micheal , he was awesome ! Very friendly, professional , very sweet and attentive. He made sure we had drinks and brought us refills without even asking

we ordered our usual chips n salsa , southwestern egg rolls ,chicken shrimp fajitas and Ofcourse ended with chocolate molten cake .

We enjoy several items on the menu but our Saturday visit was disappointing. Hostess seemed to be in another very not pleasant world of her own. Service was slow and when we reviewed our bill after we got home we found we were overcharged. Chili’s, you need to do better.

We haven’t been to Chili’s in years, last visit wasn’t all that. This go around we had the 3 for me! Smash burger for the win for sure! Our server Stephanie was the most wonderful, cheerful, most customer oriented we’ve had in a while. This girl was going left to right, front to back and still made US feel at home! She suggested and it was a win! This is the type of customer service we need in this food industry. Melissa has made this place worth coming back to she has made it turn 180 for sure! Stephanie we will see you soon.!

A friend of mine from work met up there and both had great meals. I had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad which is what I truly love and enjoy. It is burst of Explosion of chicken with black beans, corn, tortilla stripe and others things with a nice citrus vinaigrette dressing that is to live for. It has escaped my mind on what my friend ordered. The atmosphere could have been much better especially with the waiter. The waiter was not that vocal when it came to us asking for more napkins and treated us as if we were not even there. My friend and I had a nice sweet little conversation concerning our concerns with this waiter. Devin the manager was such a great listener and understanding and stated that he would take care of this.
Customer service has gone downhill these days, which is quite sad when it's working with the public. This will not deter me from coming back to Chili's to enjoy a great meal.

We went tonight for Veterans Day for my Husband. It was busy but were able to be seated quickly. Drinks & food delivered quickly and orders all correct. Payton(my spelling may be off) she was SO sweet and attentive, all while training someone. The manager came around and was thanking Veterans for their service and asking if we needed anything. It was such a nice night!

I always feel truly valued at my Chili's, thanks to their exceptional customer service and diverse menu! On Veterans Day, I'm especially grateful for the complimentary offerings. I enjoyed an Old Timer meal (sorry for the photo—I dove in before snapping a pic!). Being a retired USAF Veteran is a privilege, and I genuinely appreciate how they honor veterans. A special shout out to Shemira for making us feel special!

Good service at the bar, very attentive and polite. Had a craving for the southwest egg rolls so l got a triple dipper. But they must have changed the recipe cause they didn't taste the same and l was very disappointed. Very doughy, tasted like more filler than ingredients. Burgers and tenders were fine.
