Chili's Grill & Bar

We couldn't have been happier with the food and atmosphere. It was all wonderful. Then the service was off the chart awesome! Our waitress, Cassidy, was amazing and so helpful in every way we needed. We had been traveling for two hours and had a two year old and six year old. They were antsy and full of energy and Cassidy was so professional and so accommodating to our needs. She was a 10 out of a 10!

I want to like this Chili's, because I've liked Chili's for years. But. The service is never good here. I'm at the bar right now. Watching the bartender attempt to serve the whole bar. Never good. No managers helping. Empty glasses everywhere. Got myorder. It was wrong. Oi vey. Brinker! What happened! Used to be such a great chain!

I have yet to sit inside because I always get delivery, but Melissa (the manager) delivered amazing customer service to me and I am truly appreciative of the service she has provided. True definitely of a great manager and caring about the customers. I would like to thank her again for all of her help. But the food is ALWAYS amazing! We have yet to be disappointed. The food is always consistent and the burgers are our favorite! They are always so fresh and juicy and flavorful! We will continue to order from Chili's.

The food is good, I am not a huge fan of the triple dipper because of the sauce, but it was good. The buns were soft and meat was good. There were lot of people watching games, the waiters were nice too.

All the guys decided to go out after work, but they didn't tell me we were going to Chili's. Our party of six had excellent service from our waitress who was both attentive and fun to interact with. The food was excellent and prepared without error. There was plenty of parking and the bathrooms were clean. The only reason the atmosphere gets four stars is because, well, it's a Chili's.

Haven't been to Chili's in over a year. So sorry I haven't. Everything was great today. I got a hamburger and it was the best burger I've had from a restaurant in a long time. All our food was hot and delicious. Our service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. Great place to catch lunch with friends.
