I love this place and am here often. I have a book group once a month and come with friends and family. They even have gluten free now! Staff is accommodating even to my group. Food excellent- I like the grandmas pizza, eggplant rollatini and shrimp gambarhetti. Tuesdays 1/2 price bottles of wine night. Always a good time.

After going here for years spending $thousands$ and being well known customers we had a very bad experience where I found a long white hair in my blue cheese. Our waiter went to kitchen and came back saying that no one working that night had long hair. No apology, no attempt to rectify or make us feel better about the gross experience. Also my wife ordered vegetables instead of pasta for her entre and received pasta that night. Showing lack of concern for the customer is very unprofessional. Wrong way to handle your business. Due to how we were treated we will never come back.

Nothing stood out. Very pedestrian food with mild flavors. Calamari was rubbery. Some gunk in the ice cubes put in one of the waters. Table bread was unfortunately the best thing of the evening.
A little tight in the dining area and noisy.
Waitress and serving staff all nice and pleasant.

This was not a good dining experience at all. Ordered the garlic knots; they served us dinner rolls with mostly parmesan butter on top. The big disappointment was the entree they served me; the chicken in the Chicken Parmesan tasted like the bottom of the deep fryer. So, I barely touched the chicken. Also, did not realize they serve with what ever pasta they choose. I would have preferred spaghetti, and was not asked my pasta choose.?? Was very disappointed they would even serve this to us.
NOTE- this is an added comment. I have noticed the owner is very responsive to the positive reviews and does not address a negative review. They do not have much interest in correcting a terrible dining experience.??

Delicious pasta. Gluten Free is so good!!! Wine was superb. Our waiter was a young man who was very attentive and hospitable!!! The dessert menu is awesome!!!!

We have been coming to this place regularly for around 3 years or so and have not had a single bad experience. The food is always amazing and the service is just as great! Also, the owner is there very often which says a lot about this establishment. They care about their customers and it shows.
Located in Holly Springs, this casual Italian eatery offers something for everyone in the family, from sandwiches and pizza to delicious specialty dishes. Limited but good beer and wine selections are reasonably priced. Will visit again. Friendly service.

We love Cristo’s Bistro! We come often, and every single time the food and service have been phenomenal. The owner is always out and very hands on, and always makes sure the customers are happy. We have never had a bad experience!
I called in and ordered a loaded Sicilian pizza for pickup this evening. The young lady who took my order was polite and super helpful - when I explained that my wife was going to pick up the pizza but I would pay for it over the phone so she didn’t have to juggle the kiddo and the payment, she offered to bring the pizza out to the car when she arrived. How nice is that?? (Management, please take note!) Oh, and the pizza was amazing. A+ service and A+ food, we will definitely be returning.
