My son requested Crumbl cookies for his birthday, so I decided to try and place an order to quickly go and pickup curbside. However, upon trying to check out, I am asked to tip the bakers. I already have $27 worth of cookies in my cart and you are asking me to pay more; to your bakers?? The tip options started at $5 went to $10 and then “other”. If I didn’t want to tip, I assume I would have to hit “other” and then put a $0 in? That seems rude and then I worry about the quality of my food! I decided to drive there and place an order inside, and fortunately was able to attain all of the different flavors. The ladies working there were very nice and prompt but the owner needs to pay them a fair wage and stop asking customers to tip them for doing their job. These cookies aren’t cheap to start with!
We love going to this location. They are always attentive and super sweet.
