My son requested Crumbl cookies for his birthday, so I decided to try and place an order to quickly go and pickup curbside. However, upon trying to check out, I am asked to tip the bakers. I already have $27 worth of cookies in my cart and you are asking me to pay more; to your bakers?? The tip options started at $5 went to $10 and then “other”. If I didn’t want to tip, I assume I would have to hit “other” and then put a $0 in? That seems rude and then I worry about...
The cookies Crumbl sell are amazing! There always served warm or chilled depending on the type of dessert you get! The service is absolutely fantastic, as soon as you order not even a minute later my cookie is ready! I personally love going there because I always smile when I see the pink walls and cookie wall decor!
