Very bad service, The staff are always in a bad mood and don't smile or try to be nice, I see so many bad reviews about this place and the owners don't care!

Management clearly doesn’t care about customer complaints instead tries to get away with busy times excuses shouldn’t be an excuse for poor service. Employees lack training in customer service. I ordered through drive through and when I showed up at the window I saw two employees standing inside none of them cared to greet or even acknowledge the fact they are running busy and I need to wait for my order rather they acted as if I wasn’t even there and ignored any interaction the third employee delivered my order without saying a single word. Moreover Items were missing from my order. Based on other reviews the store is poorly managed and management doesn’t even care to respond.

We were waiting at the door so longer , service was inside but they didn’t respond , and we ordered two set of hash browns they didn’t even heat that it is very cold as frozen.

The service was absolutely awful, they didn’t ring up my order correctly, everything was “out” and when I asked them to correct my order the manager said instead of correcting it,I can give you a donut. I didn’t want an extra donut bc they were out of 90% of their associate apologizing n for ringing it up wrong, she said nahhh she didn’t say that. Horrible experience.

Rude worker ignored us and we didn’t get the donut we asked for
Extremely disappointed. We waited 10 minutes at counter to order. I asked the staff twice to take our order. On the third request, one of them took our order. We were the only customers in the store.
Really rude worker. They were out of a donut i asked for so as one would, I asked for a refund since I didn’t want a different donut. The worker rolled her eyes. And then proceeded to say “it’s only $2” to another worker. Really rude and unprofessional. Please talk to your staff about this. Won’t be coming back to this dunkin’ donuts.

Went to Dukin Donuts, and they didn’t have Donuts
I’m not sure if it’s a training or store issue, but the servings are completely inconsistent. A week ago, I ordered two “snackin bacons” And received about 4 to 5 pieces each in 2 separate bags. Today I ordered the same thing, and received only FOUR pieces of bacon in total. $8 for 4 pieces of bacon is insane, especially when just a week ago my order had about 8-10 pieces.

Today, Sunday April 14th we visited the location at 208 Mathew’s Dr, Holly Springs NC 27540 at 3:40pm. We never had anyone greet us at the drive thru. I went inside to find all empty shelves, and employees cleaning getting ready to close. Store says it closed at 8pm. So we left this location, and decided to try a second location. Only to find the exact same thing at the same location.

This young lady by the name of Taylor took my order very fast and was nice and kind a respectful and just seemed liked she genuinely cared for my order when all I ordered was a coffee and a donut it really felt like it was given to me with care and satisfaction and love 10/10 would recommend this Dunkin any day of the

Unreliable hours. Unhelpful staff.This week tried to go twice. Worker close the door around 6:45 and 6:50 and don’t take any drive try or take out orders. Then update your working hours accordingly.Very frustrating

I go to this Dunkin all the time however today January 6th at 2 pm the person taking orders seemed like it was an inconvenience. I can see why you’re hiring! As a manager myself this was a disappointment
