Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Nobody was working at the counter. I waited ten minutes for someone to take my order. I had to go ask for my donuts and left without my drink after waiting 15 more minutes. They didn’t give me a receipt so when I called to see if I could pick up my drink, they said no. There was no apology. I understand that that’s store policy but a lack of professionalism when someone has a poor experience is unacceptable. Will not be going back.

Imagine going to get your child a donut and SHOCKER! they barely have any donuts available. IN THE AFTERNOON on a Wednesday. Then the audacity of worker to be rude about it. I don’t leave reviews but get real, if the word DONUT is in your name, maybe stock your damn donuts. Thanks!

The managers abby and breona are rude and disrespectful to their employees, food is delicious but def dig deep into their managers because they dont seem the best for customer service, especially since i saw them yelling at employees.

The picture below shows what I am explaining. I stopped in at around 11:15 am ordered a $5 meal deal. When I received my wraps they were covered in black Grizzle of some kind. As you can see from the photo, that is not black pepper. The kid who served them looked like he coukd care less, there were 3 people working and none of the girls prepared the food. I dont want to get anyone in trouble, but having an employee who does the bare minimum is a reason to have that employee anymore. These young people need to learn that when youre at work you are required to perform to the best of your abilities, especially in service industry jobs. Please train your people better than this, or fire them and find someone who takes pride in their work. I dont want to eat, taste, or brush off the burnt bits of other food from the toaster ovens.
This Dunkin has gone down in quality. Iced coffees taste watered down and when you ask for flavor swirls, they never add them! No taste. What a waste of money. Donuts aren’t stale IF they have them in stock but better off getting a box of donuts at the grocery store now.

Ordered a cold brew with cold foam. Cold foam was chunky and wasn’t right nor did it look good. Brought it back in and girl behind counter was not apologetic or friendly. She said it was because it was at bottom or end of can and started to just spray more on top of my cold brew with the chunky cold foam. Needless to say, I asked for a new drink. She knew it was yucky when she gave it to me the first time then she was rude. Happened on 3/24 in the 11 AM hr.
