This place was just absolutely disgusting from the service to the cleanliness of the store. It is 7:30 in the morning having two boys speaking to a new hire and talking about other associates, they were cussing, with attitude, extremely loud and so unprofessional. This boy, because he is probably not even 21 years old yet, giving extreme attitude about cash, and just speaking to his team so nasty like. I had a $50, because my order was a $48 total, and immediately told me that they ARENT going to accept that, I said that’s all I have, and he said he has to make sure it’s real, which is fine I understand, but proceeded to not make sure, and proceeded to say, “ it’s the banks issue not ours”. They had trays of their back kitchen on the floors table… I LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts, I HATE this location. My father has gotten THIRD degree burns because of the place…. It it extremely unprofessional, disgusting, careless, and immature.

I walked in today at 11:20am to the staff cursing each other out and waiting a while to be recognized. I gave my order number when one of the girls with a long stringy ponytail rudely and loudly says “her giving her order number and not a name is not helpful” before walking off. I recognized there were no adults working so i asked for a manager. To my surprise, he was in distress and the one they were cursing out upon my arrival. When he came out, I provided him support but also told him how unprofessional and dirty the establishment was. I plan to call the corporate office tomorrow (Monday) as there are also several health concerns. However, I just couldn't believe the staff are allowed to be employed while acting the way they do. Others in the reviews have stated the same.

This place doesn’t have anything available.
How are you out of glazed doughnuts at 9:30am?
After reading many reviews over the past few months it seems that Higher Management needs to actually step in at the location and get it back to working order.

Complete unprofessional experience. Workers talk down to each other and include the customer in the awkward experience. Seems like a bunch of teens just bickering. Dunkin do better.

Really need to remember that we like things in a bag, not just handed to us loose. If you say you have specific donuts in, put those in the box, not a substitute..... boo for not having almond crescent.

Will drive across town to visit another DD's instead of this poorly ran location. Have been coming to this place for years and it keeps getting worse.

5 workers 2 donuts 10 min. Store empty. Terrible service
This Dunkin location is okay. It is either extremely busy or there is no one there. Donut & latte quality/availability is always a toss up.

We’ve been regular customers of Dunkin’ Donuts, buying coffee every week for our soccer games (serving about 50 people). Lately, though, we’ve had a disappointing experience with the Box O’ Joe coffee from both the Apex and Holly Springs locations. The coffee has been so watered down that it barely tastes like coffee—it’s more like hot water with a hint of coffee flavor.
It’s frustrating because we rely on Dunkin’ to keep us fueled, and this has been an issue consistently at both locations. We love Dunkin’, but we really hope you can improve the quality of the coffee, especially for loyal customers like us.

This has gotta be the most efficient drive thru in all of Dunkin’ in all of America.

The last few times I’ve been here, it’s taken 20-25 minutes to order two coffees. They weren’t even busy, I was the only one in the drive thru, no one inside. Last time I came, she charged us for someone else’s order, refunded us the wrong amount, and then proceeded to charge us the wrong amount again. After we drove off, we realized we also got someone elses drink.
