Seemed understaffed. I was seated fast but needed to look for someone to take my order. Over medium eggs were served over hard (little to no runny yoke) two times. On the third try they were barely acceptable, added up to a very long breakfast, no bill was ever brought to me l had to request bill to cash out. Zero accommodations was made for the untimelyness if my food and possibly even over charged. I will not return to this restaurant.

We have always enjoyed Eggs Up Grill in Holly Springs. This last trip for breakfast was a disappointment . They changed their menu. The omelette that I used to enjoy was replaced with another similar, but not the same. The omelette that I ordered was full of grease, vegetables were chopped and mushy, just wrapped in a thin layer of egg white (not mixed in with the eggs)the feta cheese was no where to be found or very skimpy. Service was not as good as usual. The server did not...

I had just gotten off the airplane from Florida in the early afternoon on Friday the 13th September 2024, with my wife and we were hungry for breakfast. Looked up a nearby place by the name Eggs Up Grill , and we went there due to the great reviews on google and they did not dissappoint. I had the Grand classic and my wife the avocado toast, and we both loved it. Now I was tempted to also have the limited edition pumkin pancakes with all the goodies , but my diabetes was rising...
