I am G/F and D/F and so appreciate this bakery. Just had a D/F strawberry cupcake which was amazing. Love this shop.❤️

I love Fera’wyn’s to the point that when selecting a home, I chose the home that was within 10 min of this amazing establishment. We frequent weekly for gluten free and dairy free treats. My favorites are the cookie sandwich and the big cookies! The cinnamon rolls are also divine on the weekends. Thank you Fera’wyn’s for making such wonderful options for dietary restrictions!!!!

Ferawyns has an outstanding selection of gluten-free pastries, baked goods, and chocolates—truly some of the best I’ve found. Every item I’ve tried is a winner, and the quality is consistently top-notch.

That said, it’s hard to overlook the atmosphere created by the owner. I’ve been a loyal customer for some time now, and unfortunately, I’ve witnessed repeated moments where the staff are spoken to harshly and with open condescension, even in front of customers. The kitchen may not be soundproof, but you wouldn’t know it based on how freely negative comments are made—about both staff and patrons.

In one instance, I asked if a particular item was still available because I loved it and hoped to bring some home for my family. The staff member kindly checked, only to be met with a biting, “Of course they are asking that,” from the kitchen. The attitude was unmistakable—and unprovoked, only to be topped off with her coming out of the kitchen to glare at me and then go back.

It saddens me to see how the warmth of the front-of-house staff has shifted over time. Once cheerful and engaging, they now seem anxious and on edge. I can’t help but think how much stronger this business could be if the internal environment matched the joy and care poured into the food.

I want to keep supporting Ferawyns because the products truly shine. But I’d feel far better doing so if I knew the people behind the counter were being treated with the same respect and dignity their work deserves—and that Joana viewed customers as supporters rather than wallets that shouldn't speak.

Cannot say enough about how good their work is!!! I have had several allergy friendly things from here, cupcakes, cookies, eclairs, etc., that tasted AMAZING, and with no ill effects from an allergy point of view. THANK YOU to the Fera'wyn's Artisan Chocolates team for giving us an incredible allergy friendly option!!!!

Amazing with custom gluten free desserts and cakes! We've had 3 custom birthday cakes, several holiday orders, walk-in treats and more. Only place we go! The team is not only helpful but also so creative. We are grateful they exist.

The cashier and barista were really fun and nice!

My whole family has allergies and I love that this is a safe place for celiacs and for those with allergies! We love the cinnamon roll and love they have a vegan option for the egg allergies! I love that everything is gluten free! So many options to choose from- from baked goods to chocolates!

Ordered a dairy free, gluten free chocolate cake. The bakers here were incredibly helpful in accommodating a last minute order (which they can't always do so please make sure to order at least 5 days ahead of time). Wife also has soy allergies and they were very helpful in making sure that what I ordered fit her food allergies. Now the cake...it was chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and filled with chocolate buttercreaam between the layers. You absolutely get what you pay for. Beautiful decorations and also hands down one of the best cakes I have eaten, even versus dairy-filled gluteny cakes. Highly recommend them!!

Love their coffee and chocolate cupcakes! I’m usually a vanilla cake person but I cannot resist their chocolate cupcakes!

Weird vibe. Went in with my wife today to get some chocolate for a neighbor as a present for Christmas. As I checked out, I said Merry Christmas and the the guy didn't say it back, but mumbled under his breath as I walked off, "Happy Holidays", like he was offended I said Merry Christmas.

All good. The staff and owners are friendly, efficient and thankful for our business. The specialty coffees are great and expertly prepared, the baked goods are to die for and their variety of artisan chocolates is amazing. This will be a regular stop for me.

I had the best hot chocolate here!! I ordered a dark chocolate based hot chocolate and it tasted amazing! Super smooth and velvety!!

A great place to have gluten free cinnamon role and blueberry muffins 🥰🤍 I wish I new this place long ago

Fully gluten-free and delicious! I had a éclair that was STUFFED with delicious cream and tasted just like I remember from my childhood before I was diagnosed with Celiac. Also, the blond mocha latte was so good!
