They let me down tonight. Waiting 20 minutes for three sandwiches to go while one employee made sandwiches for online orders. Three employees standing around and one employee making sandwiches. Better next time?

Place needs ventilation, is smokey. Manager on duty not in uniform and looked like a slob. Women’s bathroom disgusting and smelled bad. Both got sick as well. Won’t go back here.

We’ve been coming here regularly for several years. The last two trips have resulted in stale moldy bread, bad attitudes from staff, and high wait times. I’m very disappointed in one of my favorite chains. We will not be going back to this location.

I ordered take out here from the app and they usually forget to either add pickles or make the subs extra toasted. This time they forgot to add the regular amount of meat. Every time we come it just gets worse and it’s so expensive. We’re not coming back.

Waited over 30 minutes for one sandwich ordered on DoorDash. People who ordered in person while I waited got their orders and left. Store did not seem busy at all. I think my order was forgotten or missed. Someone finally helped me after 15-20 minutes of waiting in the restaurant.
When you are craving for some spicy checken sub, you need to come here and get the Cajun Grilled chicken with extra Cajun seasoning. I dont like the cheery peppers, so I request my sub with no cherry peppers. This sub will for sure satisfy your
Atmosphere is awesome to bring your kids to looks like you are eating in a Firestation. Also, there is a nice painting of an area of Holly Springs, Can you guess where it is?

Josh and the team do a fantastic job of delivering great service, fresh hot sandwiches in a timely manner. I've been patronizing this location since it opened up. I always order the same sandwich one which is no longer on the menu but the team still knows how to make. Best steamed sub option in town hands down!

Walked in and no one spoke to me. Placed an online order that wasn’t ready yet so I waited. Regardless, no one said a word. Not even welcome. Once my order was ready the employee just placed it in the pick up area without saying a word while I was standing there. This place needs to work on their customer service skills!
