Firehouse Subs is hands down one of the best sandwich spots around! Every visit feels welcoming, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The sandwiches are packed with fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, and generous portions of meats and toppings. I especially love their signature hot subs—every bite is flavorful and satisfying.

The restaurant is always clean, and I appreciate how quickly the food is prepared without compromising quality. Plus, knowing that they support first responders makes me feel even better about eating here. Great food, great service, and a great cause—Firehouse Subs never disappoints!

Both of our sandwiches (Cajun Chicken and Captains Club) tasted nearly identical, hard to tell them apart. The Captains club was especially disappointing, missing most of the listed ingredients. Bread wasn’t toasted enough, and there was barely any lettuce on either sub. For the price, I expected better quality and attention to detail. Definitely not worth what I paid.

This was the first time I ate at Firehouse Subs. And it was excellent! I believe one of the finest Sub restaurants that I've been at. A tad bit more expensive than, say Subway, but it was certainly a lot better

Worst steak & cheese I’ve ever had. Didn’t even eat it. Ordered to go. 3 minute drive to office and sandwich was cold. 4 pieces of lettuce. A hair on my pickle. Awful.

Servers need to curb social conversations with each other. High School feel isn't what I want when I think of a sub.

Angie was amazing with our catering order! Made it care free and super easy! Everything came packaged neatly and everyone at our staff meeting enjoyed the food!

Maybe the staff should not be playing in the back and realize CUSTOMERS want to order food. Three on-staff at least one should be in the front. Or maybe I'm wrong.....?? And stop having personal conversations while we wait. Bad customer service

My son loves sub from firehouse specially meatball sub is his favourite. Spicy Cajun is great as well. Just hope that they start gluten free sub for small size too. Staff is polite. That’s small Italian sub in pic.

They let me down tonight. Waiting 20 minutes for three sandwiches to go while one employee made sandwiches for online orders. Three employees standing around and one employee making sandwiches. Better next time?

Place needs ventilation, is smokey. Manager on duty not in uniform and looked like a slob. Women’s bathroom disgusting and smelled bad. Both got sick as well. Won’t go back here.

The subs were okay but they didn't give us a pickle in along side our subs and we didn't know it till we got home

We’ve been coming here regularly for several years. The last two trips have resulted in stale moldy bread, bad attitudes from staff, and high wait times. I’m very disappointed in one of my favorite chains. We will not be going back to this location.

I ordered take out here from the app and they usually forget to either add pickles or make the subs extra toasted. This time they forgot to add the regular amount of meat. Every time we come it just gets worse and it’s so expensive. We’re not coming back.
