Unfortunately, if I could give a zero rating I would! Placed a pick up order ( preferred by the restaurant versus a DoorDash) and was told to pick up at 9:23 AM. My husband went to the restaurant a few minutes before that in order to ensure we would receive our food while it was warm. When he arrived, there was no one in the restaurant, but our food was not ready. He waited as people came in to the restaurant, were seated and received their food!! He was told several times that it would be ready shortly. After 50 minutes ( more patience than I would have ) he asked to speak to a manager- We were told “sorry” and that the kitchen was “backed up”. We canceled our $70 order and got a $20 gift card. My husband and I both work in a customer service industry, and this is not acceptable!! I welcome the opportunity to discuss with a Next level manager further.

If you come here for breakfast, ask for Jorge! He was so sweet. Me and my best friend came here to catch up, and he provided excellent service! Our food was AMAZING! One of my friend’s eggs broke when he put the plate down, and though she protested, he was swift in bringing her two more! Highly recommended coming here! Will be back!

This was my first experience at this location and I was pleasantly surprised. The hostesses were very friendly and welcoming as well as our waitress.
We ordered the blueberry lemon cornbread to start which is a seasonal item. I am not a fan of cornbread but theirs was absolutely delicious! It was moist and very flavorful. I had half a ham and gruyere melt and their soup of the day which was cheddar broccoli soup.
My children enjoyed their French toast. The food came out fast enough and overall it was a good experience. I would definitely return to this location in the future.

This marks my second visit to this establishment, and I am pleased to report that the culinary experience was consistently exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the Elevated Egg Sandwich, and I highly recommend the Blueberry Lemon Cornbread, which is truly outstanding. [I ordered some to take home!] Furthermore, I had the pleasure of being served by Jorge today, whose professionalism and engaging demeanor significantly enhanced my dining experience. I look forward to returning in the near future.

I had the farm house breakfast tacos and they were some of the best breakfast tacos I have ever had. I have always enjoyed the food here but I now have a favorite go to dish.
Not a fan of the new seasonal menu. Came for the hash bowl that was on the previous one. You need to either bring back the bowl or put it permanently on the menu. Then we had to listen to the staff meeting they had where the manager was making threats. She then told them that they do surveys and that there staff there are tipped better than any other breakfast place around. She then said you get paid way to much not to dress nice. We could not even get refills because our waitress was being held in the meeting. So inappropriate to have for customers to hear. The manager was so loud during the meeting.
