Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I like Freddy's... the shoestring frys are awesome, the custard is always good, burger-buns are usually crumbly. Wash your hands before you get there because the bathrooms are always super gross.

Do not eat here. It’s so salty. I ordered 4 plain patties for my dog along with my meal and threw it all out. It’s not even fit for a dog

I have no idea how this place has a 4 star rating. Picked up some burgers and fries here the other night and they were worse than fast food quality- soggy and flavorless. And don't get me on the fries which tasted stale. You're quite literally better off saving money and going to McDonalds's, or, if you wanna spend a few extra dollars and get some actual GOOD burgers - walk a few steps over to Texas Roadhouse which is right next to Freddy's and a thousand times better..

Just as good as when it opened! Went as a kid, back with a family of my own. Portions are well sized, food is amazing!

Just had a terrible experience. Ordered food once we got to the window we were told they were out of fries and we can replace with tots and it would take 2-3 minutes. 15 minutes later we get told they magically have fries again and we get served the attached photo. Been here a few times and have never been served these kinds of fries. Tasted awful and were still partially frozen.

Absolutely the worst Freddy's experience ever! My family loves Freddy's and drives 35 minutes to get to this location. Tonight we were told upon arrival they have no fries, no cheese curds and no apologies about it.
We ordered burgers and drinks. My husband went to Zaxby's to get the fries and curds. Well we should have left when we had the chance. We also discovered drinks were out in the machine, no napkins, no fry sauce or seasoning and again no apologies.
Our burgers were awful, not the usual char that makes a Freddy's burger but instead a lukewarm mess. It will be a long time before I ever waste my time to come back.

Normally this place is good we go once a week. Went Saturday Dec 13th at 11am. No line so everything should have been good. Food tasted old and stale especially the buns. Checked ketchup it was empty so girl gave me togo ketchup. You would think she would fill it up then but doesnt. Which if she were busy I would understand but she was standing around. Finally took 2 other people asking before someone else filled it up. Service was fine as usual though but food was not up to par.

The cheese curds are the reason for the visit. Freddys is out of our way but worth the trip. We go mostly on Sundays the problem is most Sundays they are out of cheese curds. This happens quite often, as a manager if my store ran out of product that often I believe I would increase my inventory. I guess it's a must to call the store before driving so far only to be disappointed.

Yikes! Normally I am of fan of Freddy's, and their burgers 🍔 have tasted pretty good. However, when cashing in our Veterans Day Combo Meal cards, we were quite disappointed. My steakburger was literally burnt, and my friend had an uncooked regular burger. Neither of us could finish our meals,with the exception of the fries which we both both agreed were fabulous 👌. Because they believe in honoring Veterans, we'll visit again because everyone can have a bad day.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Didn’t even order food!!! Our first time coming to a freddys. Went through the driver through and asked what they recommended for us to eat and the answer we got was “a burger” then you can hear everyone in the background laughing and saying “what a dumb question”.

I went through the drive through, waited quite awhile (no big deal) fries were cold and the sundae was warm. And only half full btw. Which was probably good for me🤷‍♀️.
