Rick has got to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I went in 10 minutes before they closed and apologized and he was so sweet about the situation, letting me know repeatedly it wasn’t an issue. He had a genuine conversation with me while making my teas (which are SO delicious BTW)! I would definitely recommend going to check this place out if you can!
My go-to spot after a good workout. The Peanut Butter Cookie meal replacement shake is to die for and the teas give you great energy with no crash. The owner Rick is a super nice guy and has built a beautiful personal training studio in the back. Highly recommend trying it for yourself!

Rick has completely transformed the place since taking over in January 2023! It has a fun vibe and atmosphere. The shakes and teas are excellent and I absolutely love the protein coffee to get my day started right!
