So, due to this no accountability world we live in, if IHOP messes up your order but you had it delivered through a third party-who simply picked up/delivered said order already packaged incorrectly- the manager will not be bothered to even talk to you about the restaurants mistake.
I’m missing an entire order of pancakes as well as sour cream which I paid extra to get.
Great customer service.
I’ll be contacting corporate to discuss the proper way to handle a phone call regarding your stores inability to properly package Togo orders and furthermore their lack of customer service via management.

I have always liked Ihop in Holly Springs, but I gave a 3 stars for food, not because it wasn’t good, but because the portions have literally shrunk. I had a ham and cheese omelet with pancakes that went from $6. to $7. And it was 1/3 smaller than approximately 1 1/2 months ago. Plus pancakes are smaller, and instead of 3 pancakes there were 2 and everything was on a smaller plate. Plus, we were there with grandchildren that ordered more expensive dishes, and were told we can’t use rewards or coupons because we, my husband and I ordered from the Favs menu which is “discounted”. The visit to IHOP was disappointing, because I feel as a Senior citizen that you are discriminating against senior citizens and military people. Senior citizens are on fixed incomes and military are and were fighting for this country. So if you have to save more money for your pocketbook shame on you. The “House Fave” menu is on there with everything else and should not be singled out. Thank you, a disappointed diner!

It was actually my first time going to IHOP. I love the atmosphere! The food was also amazingly tasty. Everyone was nice too and the service was great, they did a great job! Overall I definitely recommend coming back.

The kitchen needs to know how to cook eggs Benedict. It's supposed to be runny inside. I was basically eating a boiled egg.

I've always loved IHOP and I usually get the avocado toast because to be honest it's one of the best I've tried .I decided to try something different on the menu and had the avocado and bacon eggs benedict. I must say it was perfection,the eggs were done perfectly along with the hollandaise sauce. A must try . The service is top notch. No complaints at all .

Very slow service, you could see the workers mess around in the back. Then they didn't bring my hashbrowns I ordered, yet still put it on my bill. I was there for 2 hours, and never got a refill on my drink. Check #45

Dear IHOP Customer Service,

I recently visited the IHOP location in Holly Springs, NC, and had an unfortunate experience that I feel needs to be addressed.

On March 29, 2025, at 1:49 p.m., I called ahead to ask if this location participated in the Pancoins rewards program. The call lasted 1 minute and 4 seconds. The person who answered spoke very fast and was difficult to understand. After briefly placing me on hold to check, they hung up on me.

I decided to visit the restaurant in person and was greeted by a staff member who had the store’s phone beside her. I explained that I had called and been disconnected. She appeared surprised and somewhat confused. When I re-asked my question about using Pancoins, she responded with uncertainty, asking how many I had and assuming they were only applicable for a short stack.

While I understand that not every employee may be familiar with the rewards program, the lack of clear information, poor phone etiquette, and overall customer service left me disappointed. I believe that proper training on the rewards program and improved phone handling would enhance the customer experience.

I would appreciate clarification on how the Pancoins program works at this location and whether guests are required to make a purchase or dine in to use them. Additionally, I hope this feedback helps improve customer interactions moving forward.

My daughter and her friends walked in and the general manager came up to them and told them they had to leave and couldn't eat there because there was a private event. The general manager was very rude and disrespectful. The store was very empty and there were many open seats. The employees were very nice and helpful and told them they could get their food to go. I do not recommend anyone to go to that store because of the general manager.

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our visit on March 15, 2025, around 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, our experience with the service fell short of expectations.

Our server, Diana, did not check on us at all during our visit and was unclear about the payment process, which led to confusion when we were checking out. When we sought assistance from another staff member, she responded rudely, stating, “I can’t help you with that, you need your server to help you.” This response left us uncertain about the proper course of action, as it seemed like the responsibility was being placed on us to track down our server.

I believe better communication between staff members and with guests would greatly improve the dining experience. I appreciate your time in addressing this matter and hope to see improvements in the future.
