This Jersey Mikes puts WAY less food on their subs than other Jersey Mikes I have been to (which is a lot). See the attached picture comparing the Holly Springs sandwich on the top and the Fuquay sandwich on the bottom. This is the exact same item ordered in two Jersey Mikes that are 15 minutes away from each other. This is not a one off. The last 10 subs I’ve gotten from the Holly Springs store have been like this, and don’t even fill me up. Hopefully they notice this shrinkflation that is going on and make some corrections so they can keep our business.

This is the second time that I've had sandwiches delivered with significantly less meat than expected. There was literally a quarter of the meat that should have been on them, and I paid $13 per sandwich. I'm not sure what has happened or what management is instructing the staff about portion sizes, but the amount of meat in these subs has drastically decreased.

Always great ,except today.male taking order was not at all attentive,had to say 2x what bread I wanted and then got it wrong,,, He was slicing the meat so thin it was shaved,,even the person waiting to complete the super size subs was glancing over questioning. Not the usual and for the price unacceptable

This place is absolutely filthy. Food all over the floor behind the counter. Drink and ice machine look like it’s been months/years/never since they’ve been cleaned. Zero chance I’d consume the ice or even the water - nozzles and levers are absolutely DISGUSTING. Only reason I’m eating my sandwich is because I’m exhausted and it’s too late to go somewhere else. Quality of food: worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. Quality of service: worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. Said something to the guy at the register because of how gross his gloves were and he just laughed about it and kept wrapping more sandwiches and running the register. Terrible experience. Would definitely NOT recommend.

This is the best Jersey Mike’s in the area. Robbie, the manager, provides the absolute best customer service. Always pleasant to work with. His team is friendly and helpful. The subs are delicious and the order is always meticulous. Whenever I have a larger order, everything is clearly labeled and accurate. Highly recommend this shop for the best subs and customer service.
