Avery has excellent customer skills. She’s very happy to serve and does a wonderful job. Keep up the great work!
Wanted to complement Connelly on her positive customer service with us. It was a pleasure having her take care of us. Thank you!
With a lot of businesses struggling for good staff. This place has some winners. It's a lost art to see employees greeting customers as they walk in the door. Good to see it being done to perfection here. Hana and Kailin did a great job!!!! We will be back...!
Try the new Chai Spice, this place rocks
This small, locally owned shop is in a fun spot in the bottom level of the Block on Main. It’s a nice spot to visit with littles because of the outdoor space and smaller range of flavor choices. The ice cream is consistently good with a few seasonal offerings.
Ice cream was great, atmosphere was really comfortable, and service was awesome!
No hot fudge, only chocolate sauce. No nuts! Out of brownies so no brownie Sunday for me!
Seriously!? I've made much better Sundays at home. To the owner, why? Why pay rent for a nice building and make decent ice cream only to half ass everything else?
Fat Cat is where it's at! Much better flavors and they make real Sundays! Real banana spits! They even have cherries for the Sunday!
JTs has owners who obviously are not trying to produce a quality product.
Fat Cat or Kilwins gets it. They want to impress the customer with a great product.
JT's is a great addition to Holly Springs and they have really good ice cream. Lots of creative options as well as a great dairy free option. Service is great and atmosphere is clean. We definitely be returning. 🍨🍦
Banana pudding is my favorite here and then strawberry.
We love this ice cream store and the area it’s in! It is such a fun, inviting spot to stop by. They have a fantastic variety of flavors and toppings, so there’s always something new and delicious to try. Plus, you can get pints to take home, which is perfect for when you want to enjoy their ice cream later. The staff are friendly and make every visit enjoyable. Definitely a favorite for a sweet treat!
The owner is a very weird man and he honestly gives creep vibes.

This place was super clean and had a really nice vibe. I actually got to meet the guy who makes the ice cream and he was such a cool dude. He told me all about their new specialty flavors and wow they were legit amazing. The Blueberry Poptart was definitely the highlight. It was so creamy and such a good flavor. Honestly had a great experience and I am definitely coming back.
Soooo good! Definitely recommend!
Service is amazing, when I was unsure about what flavour to get, I was allowed to try it. The atmosphere is welcoming.
The Best Pistachio Ice Cream in and around Cary/Apex and Holly Springs area. The double chocolate chip and the orange creamsicle are great too. Visited this place for more than 10 times and had every time a great customer service and flavors.
I wanted to share some feedback about my visit on June 1st, around 4-5PM. Overall, the ice cream and milkshake were great, and the initial greeting from the staff was warm and welcoming. I hadn’t planned to leave a review, but the experience stuck with me throughout the day, and I felt it was worth bringing up.
My daughter and I were the only customers in the shop when we arrived. She ordered ice cream, which was prepared promptly. While my milkshake was being made by a female staff member, another family — a white family of three — came in. The male staff member was initially helping them, but when a question came up about toppings, the woman who was making my milkshake stepped away to assist. Which is fine, this makes total sense - however -
At the exact moment she left, she was mid-squeeze with the whipped cream — literally in the act of topping off my milkshake. Instead of returning after answering their question, she proceeded to complete all three of their ice cream orders and completed their entire transaction before mine was completed. My milkshake sat unfinished in the back the entire time, needing just a few seconds of attention.
I hesitate to assume intent or suggest discrimination, but I can’t help but reflect on the fact that my daughter and I — both darker-skinned — were overlooked in that moment, while a family that arrived later was fully served while we were forced to stand off to the side, daughter holding a melting ice cream, while we watched them receive all their toppings and orders completed. It may have been an oversight, but it left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning what might have motivated that sequence of events.
The male employee was great, he’s the one who ended up completing the milkshake that the woman abandoned.
I’m sharing this in the spirit of honest feedback and with the hope that all customers, regardless of background, feel equally valued and respected.
I even chose the highest possible tip on the screen prompt, but I guess that didn’t matter.
